I've been interested in genealogy for as long as I can remember. I've asked a lot of questions of or "harassed" many family members over the last few years that I've started to jump into researching my family's history; it's become my passion or "obsession" so to speak :)...I've found myself along the way taking a interest in others' as well. |
Eventually I hope to be able to photograph markers for other members, but for now I have my hands full with a little one.
Surnames directly pertaining to myself are: Swain and Stone (Arkansas)(Lockhart, Texas) Rogers/Rodgers (Arkansas) (Carter County, Oklahoma) (Parsons, Kansas) Murff/Murphy (San Marcos, Texas)(Carter County, Oklahoma)(Parsons, Kansas)(Tulare, California), Randle (Washington County, Texas) Gipson/Gibson, and Campbell (Austin/Fort Bend County, Texas) Noble (Lavaca and Colorado County, Texas) Journey (Colorado County, Texas) Ridge (Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory, Oklahoma) Gray (Greene County, Missouri) Furnish, Dennis, and Batts (Bienville, Red River, Bossier, and Caddo Parish, Louisiana).
Surnames pertaining to my husband are: Anderson, Cargill, Gould/Gold, and Ussery (Johnson and Union Couny, Illinois) Parr, Casey, and Castellow (DeWitt, and Lavaca County, Texas) Plattner, and Lugenhain (Whatcom County, Washington and Streckau, Germany) Seal, and Pierce (Meridien, Kansas and Whatcom County, Washington).
*Other surnames of interest are: Redwine, Gunter, Hatton, Adair, and McMahon (all in Texas).
Please specify your relationship when requesting transfers. I am no longer transfering outside the Findagrave guidelines.
---Find-A-Grave Policy on Transfers---
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations (siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents). The original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not want to make the transfer.
I am always happy to make corrections and add links when asked.
* Please do not use photographs and/or information from memorials furnished by myself on other websites without contacting and being granted permission by myself or my husband. Our families thank you for discretion in advance.

I fulfilled your photo requests for the tuckers but this church isn't on Powell road it is on David W ray road in the area of old Beneventum going towards choppee at the chruch cemetery. My parents live right down the road, you want to be sure and change that! :)

Hello. I am about to fulfill your photo request but unfortunately, it is a photo of the area only. I could not locate a marker in the lot she is buried in. The location is approximately in the center of the photo.
I am sorry this was not a more positive outcome.

Thank you kindly for the Ollie Castellow Memorial 45209283 updates.
Would you add his middle name: Thomas
Then his full name is: Ollie Thomas Castellow.

This is a rural in the bruch like cemetery near Grand River as I'm told but not yet seen it myself yet.
While researching old obituaries, any time I find a burial for this cemetery I add it.
With my breathing and weather permits, I hope to check with Mayes County too get pacific directions and go there myself as I grew up near where it is to be.
If you have others I might check for obits I'd be happy to.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Did my reply get to you? I think we will be going back to this area if you think that Samuel or another relative may be buried here I would be happy to look for them. Also - my dad just told me that he thinks IXL was a town in that area so this cemetery may have been renamed or something.
|Ramona & Serena||Manottia Carter @ Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro|
We went early yesterday morning to look for Manottia. The office showed us where she was. She does not have a marker. So we put purple flowers to show you exactly where she is buried.
Hope your having a great weekend.

Thanks for transferring my grandparents' memorials to me.
I met Aunt Jessie (and some of grandmother's other sibs) at a few of the Boden/Zaddack reunions in Bellingham. I think the last time I went was in the late '80s. Don't even know if they're having them anymore.

Thank you so much for providing information on my great great grandfather, Benjamin Nunn, of Weimar, Texas. I'm new to the site and appreciate your contributions. My mom is 79 years old and will be very pleased at the information on her grandfather. Any tips for finding photos would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!!!
|Maria Russell||RE: Photo Requests for Casey's in Medina Co. in Devine, Texas|
You have them listed in both Devine and Everygreen Cem. I see in their d/c that they are buried in Evergreen. The thing is I cannot find one single Casey in neither one. I have not reported a problem, because maybe one else will find their graves. Someone more familiar with the cemetery. Did you call the cemetery and see what plot they are buried in? there is such a map, I was told a few days ago. I do not know the phone no. I look for the graves everytimg I go, off course yours are not the only one I cannot find.
