RE: William Alexander Thompson
Neal I checked your correction. and in the memorial I see you did made the correction to hedied in Faulkner Co AR. but you still did not change the burial cemetery name and location of the Thompson Family cemetery near the bottom of the page...
This concerns me because there is NO Thompson Family Cemetery at Riverview, Conway County AR.
see below.

Birth: Nov. 18, 1842
South Carolina, USA
Death: Oct. 24, 1903
Faulkner County
Arkansas, USA

William Alexander Thompson was a private in Company D, 16th South Carolina Infantry Regiment, Confederate States of America. He was a Confederate Prisoner of War in Camp Douglas-Chicago, Illinois.

Burial:
Thompson Family Cemetery

Neal, Thank you so much for your posting this memorial
I spoke with both Tyrone Williams and Roger Mills who both confirmed for me that this cemetery is in fact at the west edge of the city of Conway in Faulkner, County instead of Conway County.
Mr Mills said he would be happy to take me to the cemetery. He told me it is located to the West edge of the city of Conway, at the far West end of Tyler street on private property near Cadron Settlement Park, what some might unofficially call Riverview area.
Although this Thompson seems to make NO connection to the William Alexander Graham Thompson, born before 1829, TH or NC or SC that I am researching. I am very excited to be meeting with Tyrone Williams a descendant of this Confederate Soldier, next week. Thank you for making the connection with him.
You might consider changing the location on this memorial from Conway Co to Faulkner County AR so as not to confuse future researchers on mistaking this location for the Official Riverview in Conway County, AR just a few miles West, and South of Morrilton, off US-Hwy 9 & 10 on the ridge south side of the Arkansas River on the road to Lock and Dam.
I for one am so thankful for people like you who make the effort to document our beloved ancestors. My Gratitude Sir.

Hi Neal

To remove a flower needs to be done by the person that placed it there ( if you can get ahold of them( as for this particular case we suggest you contact Find A Grave and tell them there is
a dispute over the over attached information to the flower and ask if they would remove it.
wish we could help since we manage the memorial but our hands are tied.

RE: Col. Thomas Rowland
You're welcome. There was another Thomas Rowland headstone that wasn't listed, that I added. Would this be his son? If you want management, I'll be glad to transfer to you. Bev
