My interest started with Heirloom plants but realized one Memorial Day that I was giving directions to a small, old, well cared for Cemetery. Time passes.
I found record of My Great Grandfather's head stone here, second real clue to his life. Thanks! Along with his brothers and my Great,Great Grandparents.

RE: Mutual Effort...
We have a picture of W.R Vickers marker. Shows he died 5-13-1913 or 1915. My wife has been taking pictures of the stones and making a map of the stones. She mentioned that name and I remembered you were looking for him.

RE: Thanks for the photo!
No, I do not live in Pennsylvania.

Remind me which cemetery you are referring to with regard to the Connell's?

RE: Thanks for the photo!
I'm confident that several other nearby stones were also Connell's, but their inscriptions are so weathered they are nearly impossible to read.

RE: Mutual Effort...
Sound like a deal. I have not been out there much this past summer---too hot! Went out last week and cut some grass. The rains have made it spring-up! I.ll let you know soon.

It has been my pleasure. I enjoy being in the cemetery and working to make it look better with each visit.

Miller Cemetery
I can not thank you enough for all your help in getting Miller Cemetery on "The Map" so to speak.
The newspaper article was a big help to me and the local people who found they could visit the cemetery once again. The response has been overwhelming and you made it all possible.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

James Crumbaugh
Hello James, my name is Danna Bailey and I just found out today that James is my grandfather. I was wanting to know if you are related to him or know anyone that is. My father was Larry Bailey, he was born Lawrence Harry Crumbaugh. My father passed away in 2007 and I am now left with a million questions. Please email me at if you can help.
