The portrait is between pages 200 and 201 of Section V, and there is a tissue protector over the print. Pages 200 & 201 have the text biography about "Bro: John Meredith Read." There is also a caption below the portrait of him which I did not show when I posted the portrait. I posted this several years ago and have not scanned anything for at least a few years. I have brain damage and might not be able to know how to scan, and if I can, might not know how to enlarge it. I have the actual book, and I am not familiar with archive.org. You might try looking for his pages in that website again, and if you still cannot find it, I can try to scan and enlarge the portrait, but cannot promise I will succeed.

You're welcome. Glad I could do both.

I thought you might like to know, I have added the memorial of another cricketer to Find A Grave: LHW Troughton, Kent captain in the inter-war years, memorial no. 66945589. Best wishes, Sheilia W.

Might be a problem - the cemetery is REALLY in a bad state and most of the graves are ruined.
May be you contact the cemetery to get a plot number?

No problem, I also put up sites for her family who are burried there also. I didn't know if they would be of interest or not.
