Alonzo Hicks #13615068
Hi Bill and Sue,

Yes I will take Alonzo Hicks back. Thanks for contacting me about this. I think I sent him to you thinking he may have also been one of your family members but hadn't seen him on my list.

If there are other family members I have management for please let me know.

Thanks again for letting me know and offering to send him back to my management.

RE: Roxana Fisk Lamson 124384369
Hello,
Experians Fisk, his father, has a Find A Grave Memorial# 21330843 which I just saw. Thank you for your message. No, I do not live in VT or travel there any more. I will look out for more information. I have not seen a burial/death card, though it may likely show up. His father's grave has a manager, a source? Will follow up. Greg.

RE: 36683794 Moses Little
My Jason came over from Ireland in 1848, and lived in Winnebago, Ill for about 8-9 years before going to Independence. He was living with a Patrick and Mary O'Brien. I thought she might have been his sister, but I have no proof. I have found a couple of "immigrant inquiries", in the Boston Pilot, 1854, and 1861. So far, no other info has come to light on his birth family.

I have two mystery men in my tree, both my 3rd great grandfather's, on my father's side. They keep things interesting.

Hi Sue,
Moses Little's son Ebenezer married into my Smith Family which is why my parents and I took a trip to Iowa to gather their information and photograph stones in the Littleton Cemetery. If Moses is in your direct line, I will transfer him to you.

RE: 36683794 Moses Little
Hi Sue:

I don't know if we are related or not.

My 3rd great grandfather was Jason Little. He lived in Independence, IA. I know Edmund Cook Little lived there at the same time. I have looked for a connection, but have not found one.

I recently upgraded my Ancestry account to include the "world" package, and was researching Jason, and I think in doing so, I landed on Moses' memorial. I usually put flowers on anyone's page I visit out of respect.

If you find a connection on your end, please let me know.

Thanks,
Carol

Did the niece know the date the infant was born? Even a month and year would help. With a date, I could look in the local papers and see if there was a mention of the infant.

Buena Vista Cemetery has a grave site for 3 infants; 2 Martell and 1 Manuel. I wonder if that could be the baby?
The area is unmarked and next to the road leading up into the cemetery. It is well known that they are there and the babies were marked on old cemetery maps. We have got $670 in donations so far to mark the area where these babies are buried, or at least as close to the area as we can. We plan corner posts with chains connecting them then will have at least one angel statue and a marker for all 3 infants.
