Ervin Andrew Cargill
I am a researcher of the Third Kentucky Infantry, CSA, and I noticed you have a photograph of Ervin Andrew Cargill posted on FindAGrave. Can you give me permission to use the photograph of him for any historical presentation or publication on Confederate soldiers from the Jackson Purchase of Kentucky? Thanks

RE: Uptegraft
Hello again,
At the moment I do not have a subscription to ancestry and can not view profiles. Is it possible I get an e-mail address. I have photos of Thomas, Arthur, Sherman, Kenneth, Dale, Dalton, Charles and a few of their families. I do not know if you already have them possibly.

Hello 1028,
my name is Stephanie and I just wanted to say thank you for all the photos you have posted up of the Uptegrafts. I am a relative to Iva Elota Wall who married Charles Lewis Uptegraft.

Ludie Murdock
I have changed the maiden name to Sutton. The name on the monument is simply Ludie S Murdock..sometimes when I type a single letter, the computer will automatically fill in a name I have used before, and I fail to notice. Thank you for correcting me and I am sorry the error was made.Pansy Ewell

I was out today and thought I'd go to Adams and get your picture for you. As always, these lost and near forgotten graves make me wonder. What happened to her husband J. B., and why is she here all by herself? There is only one grave left in Adams Cemetery besides Sarah's, that being Effie Brown. The rest of the marked graves have been exhumed and moved. The cemetery is a half-mile from the road in a thicket. A friend of mine owns the farm and although he doens't mind visitors, he doesn't do anything to keep the cemetery in shape. This spring's ice storm really made a mess of things there too.
Anyway, let me know if you would like a higher resolution picture.
Good luck in all

Alberson Cemetery
Well all the Uptegraft/Uptgraft/Uptagrafts that I took pictures of are in Alberson Cemetery, now. I don't know if you saw them recently, but someone added obituaries for Martha and Arthur Uptegraft.

There are many more Uptegrafts/Uptgrafts in this cemetery. I took many more pics of these, too. Let me know if you would like the names of these and the pics
