Lula: I am messaging you regarding the memorial for Sarah (95713606). You have her parents listed in the description and I was wondering how you were able to get that information? I have been unable to verify this with my own research.

Lula I was hoping you knew which newspaper it was printed in and the date. Thank you for your help.

Lula, thank you for entering James's memorial. He may be kin of mine. Can you tell me if or where you found the obituary. Are you related or a volunteer? I think there is an error in the obit but without a little more info I can't tell. Thanks so much for your work.

Oh, thank you so very much!!! Yes, this information helps! I appreciate your help.
|Julie Baker||RE: Bula Degase|
Eula is a sister to Bula, who was born about 1921. Thank you for your help, though! I appreciate the information you were able to provide. They also had a brother, Thomas J., born about 1923. Perhaps I can use Eula's information to locate more on her sister. Thanks, again!
|Julie Baker||Bula Degase|
I am wondering if you might have any information for Bula Degase (born about 1921), as I noticed you have her brother's memorial (Sidney Degase) here on Find A Grave. I know she married Fritz Glaubitz (a relative of mine) and they had one stillborn daughter, but have no more information for her and I would love to know more about her. Thank you so much!
Corrections/transfers/linking will only be made through the edit tab on the memorial.

|Julie Sherwood||Albert W. Ellsworth|
I saw on Albert's memorial that you contributed information about Mr. Ellsworth. A photo image from another individual's obituary has also been shared on his memorial because it mentions Mr. Ellsworth, but it refers to him as the first "Negro Civil War veteran" buried at that cemetery. Although I am not related directly to Mr. Ellsworth, I am related to his wife, Mary Cornelia Dudley. All of the records I have ever found on him list his race as White as well as all of his children. Do you happen to know if that was an error in the newspaper account? Or is there a source that would list his race as Black? Or is there more than one A. W. Ellsworth in the Civil War from Illinois? I was going to check with the Cloud County genealogical society, but I thought I'd start with you first. Thanks for any help you can provide.
