The memorial information I have posted is "Mainly" my family and extended family from research I have done. However, if I ran across any other information I may have posted it also, so I'm not ;related' to everyone and would be more than happy to transfer management when requested.|
My main family interest are Henderson, Sanders, Daugherty, Owen/Owens, Henard and then extended out from there as needed.

You will need to contact the cemetery to obtain the grave block and plot numbers. The cemetery is huge and there are over 100 photo requests...too many for the volunteers to research. You can send them to me on Find a Grave.

Thank you for the transferral of Allie Duncan's Memorial.

Dear Ms. Healy:
I am glad I could be of service. I was already at the cemetery and consider it an obligation to do a little cleaning when needed.
Respectfully, Jeffrey aka Bulldog

Did you ever find where Louis is buried??

The other Mt. Moriah is called Mt. Moriah Terrace Park. Their phone # is 816-734-1973. If they don't find him, let me know and I will contact my office again.
I did see by his death certificate that he is supposed to be in Mt. Moriah, just don't know which one.

The office personnel at Mt. Moriah was unable to find a burial record for either Louis or Lora. You might check at the other Mt. Moriah for their burials.

I wondered if you have found anything on a Jacob G. Owens? Is he in your "Tree?" He was a Deputy US Marshal who was killed in the line of duty in 1872 in Indian Territory.

|S Barger||RE: Rhoda Sanders request|
No problem at all. When we go to a cemetery, especially the rather remote ones, we tend to take pictures of all of the stones and make memorials for all that do not have them. In the case of Rhoda, I looked at a source from the Madison County Genealogical & Historical Society that I purchased a few years ago. As I said before, it does mention that one source told them that one of the flat retangular stones that is unmarked is that of Rhoda, but they also said that another source told them it was of another family.
Do you think it might be possible that she is buried in the Wesley Cemetery with George Sanders instead? Hopefully in the near future we plan to take pictures of all stones in that cemetery. Maybe we will stumble onto her grave there. Will let you know if we do!

No problem ma'am. I have pictures of about 8 more Sanders grave markers from this area. If you have need of any others let me know.
Thank you so much for taking pictures of the memorials for Walter, Estella, and Jasper Jones! I also appreciate the location information.
I am not currently aware of who Elmer H. and Mary C. are. However, you are correct that this worth researching since they are buried by Walter & Estella. I will look into this.
I am so pleased with these pictures!
