|Paula Harper||Johnston Cemetery, Braxton County|
Steven, can you give me directions to this cemetery?
Thank you for bring the family together.
|Paula Harper||James Jeffries|
Steven, please disregard the edit I sent you for James Jeffries. His wife was not Ada Cogar but her daughter Statie whose second husband was Elmer Hannah.
|Christine Banvard||Marion County Civil War memorials|
I see a lot of records with your name on them stating "Civil War veteran", I invitie you to a virutal cemetery of Marion County Civil War veterans. I would imagine that this is far from a comprehensive list of veterans that are buried in the county. 13 of 99 do not have photos. On the flipside, 86 do have photos, and there are requests for the remainder. If you have submit any more Civil War data in the local vicinity, please send me a public message, as I would like to have this be as comprehensive as possible.
I see that you have a headstone photo posted for Anthony Tucker in Glover cemetery, Marion co., WV. I am wondering if you tell me where this cemetery is located.

Hey Steve, thanks for listing all of these. Please transfer Memorial# 28892633 if you would. Sydney is my Great Grandfather. We knew he was buried in Glovers Gap, just not where.

Thank you so much for posting the Glover Cemetery. Henry and Rebecca Roupe were my Great-Grandparents. As you probably guessed they were long gone before I was Born. I had found where they were buried but had not been able to find the cemetery until yesterday. If it had not been for a kind couple out 4-wheeling I probably would have never been able to find it. What you do is a great service. I have one question though, How do you know Henry Roupe was a Civil War Veteran? Are you related somehow? I thought maybe there would be a marking or something on the stone but there wasn't. Also, I would like to know who mows this cemetery? It is really appreciated and I was pleased to find it in as good as condition as it was. You may contact me at my email address firstname.lastname@example.org
Once Again Thanks
