RE: Michael Ray Fuller
From all accounts he sounded like a nice guy. It was a senseless accident and I honestly wish it could've been avoided, as a lot of people were changed by it that day. I've always thought of a career in the airline or airport industry, but it takes a lot of bravery to go into something like that. I have admiration for pilots and airport/airline employees, because they're trusted with others safety and do such a good job maintaining everything. Happy Holidays!

RE: Michael Ray Fuller
I understand completely. I saw the Air Disasters documentary on the incident and wanted to pay my respects. Sorry if I offended you. Sorry for your loss!

RE: Nicholas Carroll
Lee - I think Nicholas Carroll was a sponsor at baptism of one of my early immigrant ancestors in Saint John NB. That's why I took note of this name and poked at the newspaper obit. Back then, they provided little, to my regret.

I'd be glad to add to the record here, but (I must come clean) I don't know how to do it. I think that you are managing the record. Suggestions?

RE: Two Jacob Conrads
I'm leaving all this in your hands, but Philip G.'s death certificate lists his parents as Jacob Conrad and Christina Zabel, so I'll leave his memorial connected to his mother at least for now. That's the only memorial I maintain that's involved in this and you're welcome to maintain it yourself if you're related. Let me know.

RE: Conrads at Cave Hill
The Jacob Conrad born in 1837 died in 1901. It appears two distinct Jacob Conrads are being confused.

I made a mistake and submitted Clarence as Martha's father. Can you fix it? It now shows him as her spouse & father. Sorry about that, not sure how I did that!

Hurley Family
Hello,

I am a descendant of the Hurley family that you have graciously added to the FG website. I was wondering if you could transfer management to this family so that I could update them with bios and more accurate details regarding their lives? Father Denis Hurley and son John are not buried at St Mary's cemetery as one could easily conclude by reading the memorial gravestone that is laying on the ground. I have much information that I would like to add/modify to help future genealogists/historians. The requested names are as follows:

Denis Hurley 110834502
Denis Hurley 110834825
John Hurley 110834956
Joseph Hurley 110834714
Mary Ann Hurley 110834281

Thank you for your consideration.

RE: Re: Harry C. Sharp
Hi Lee,

If you have a copy of the death certificate, and the city of death is Los Angeles, go with that. I took genealogy classes and I have sent for literally 100s of death certificates. Those are not wrong. It is the person who writes up the obituary who can sometimes make mistakes.
