RE: Anna Mae Turner

Mr. Guinn,

I do not have any information for Anna Mae Turner. The only information that I can currently find is the following link concerning Frank and George Turner are as follows:

Scroll down the website link and there's a message concerning them. I remember reading another article concerning Frank and George, but I cannot find it at the moment. If I find it later, I will send you the link to it.

I forgot to mention in my reply concerning William Hampton Turner and wife that I do not have a copy of their death certificates.

RE: William Hampton Turner

Mr. Guinn,

I do not have photos of Mr. and Mrs. Turner's gravestones either. There are several stones in the cemetery that are hard to read or unreadable. Someone sent me website links that say they are buried at Big Laurel Cemetery. At the moment I cannot remember the name of person that sent it to me. The links are as follows:

Yes, this is the cemetery across the road from Turner's Grocery Store. You might call one of the names listed on the cemetery sign for more information (Abby Turner, 606-589-2161; Myrtle Turner, 606-558-3424; or Rev. Bobby Turner, 606-558-5077).

I will gladly transfer Mr. and Mrs. Turner's Memorials to you. I am not kin to them. Let me know if you want me to transfer them.

Hope this information helps.

Re Elizabeth Johnston
I see a photo you posted for Elizabeth Johnston at
Johnson Cemetery
Perry County
Kentucky, USA

Record added: Sep 24, 2008
Find A Grave Memorial# 30035040

with the caption
Elizabeth Turner, wife of William Johnston. Married William Johnston 24 Sep 1826.

Elizabeth also has the same photo and headstone at

Elizabeth "Betsy" Johnston Barger
Couchtown Cemetery
Perry County
Kentucky, USA

Record added: Dec 01, 2010
Find A Grave Memorial# 62403119

I have sent an email for Virginia to delete as it would seem it is a duplicate due to group listing of family name being posted there. I am unsure but have emailed her asking for an inventory of the cemetery if she did it or how to find where it is or who did the inventory..

This cemetery is next to my gr grandparents home and as far as I know this is where he is buried. Some of the family got together a few yeas ago and did this.

RE: Daisy Walters
I had several stones in Calvary Cemetery for a family who had one name and then changed totally to another name. I ended up leaving both records BUT on the earlier records I referred them to the later records and used. You can see what I mean 150277476.

That's what I would do. Probably doesn't follow the rules, but that's what I would do. Maybe even post the photos to both names.

Notes are also helpful.

PS I know Sandy well.

RE: Frank Ludwig Dubler

The older memorial I created has been under the management of Find A Grave for over a year, so I'm unable to merge it.

As the older memorial is an unknown burial, and your newer one is a known burial, I would send an edit to F/A/G asking that they delete the older memorial in favor of your more accurate memorial. Copy the obit info to your memorial before having the other deleted if you care to keep the info.
