|Anne Gometz||Henry L Elder death date|
Dear Mr. Scrape, I found the following obit in Ansearchin News, Fall 2002, p. 9. "Henry L. Elder, one of the oldest merchants and wealthiest citizens of Trenton, died of typhoid fever Monday night [18 Nov 1878]. He was a true good man." The Vindicator, Huntington, 22 Nov. 1878. Might this be the date meant on the tombstone?
|Rod Williams||Gideon and Tabitha|
I did my tree with Stovall as Tabitha's maiden name. I have done both FTDNA and Ancestry DNA. I have numerous matches to Gideon and Tabitha. However, I have two matches to Tabitha's Stovall grandparents. Because there are no other Stovall's in my lineages, I feel certain Tabitha was a Stovall.
|Elaine Haggard||Jimmy Scrape|
Thank you for putting all this information here at findagrave on my Scrape family.
