photo of headstone
polly, this is joey Wilson sister-in-law of Jim and Louise Wilson. I took a photo last week of their headstone and would like to send it to have it on cemetery records and also to show that Louise is daughter of George and Opal Cook that are buried there beside them. I am not hi-tec on the computer so if you could help me any at getting this done, I could email the photo to you if you could contact me at: thank you so much! Joey Wilson

RE: Mary Frances Fleming
Hi Polly! I do remember hearing about you now that I go back in my memory. I do know about the Poem... but I don't have a copy for some reason. I might ask my dad about it. I think it was in my room as a little girl because I think it was embroidered. When my parents got divorced a lot of things got lost. Maybe I'll find it one day! My husband and I went to Hawkins last year... I wanted to show him Grandma's old homes and Granny and Papas house and land and we also visited her grave. It was nice but I sure miss her! I'm glad she had a good lifelong friend :)

Mary Frances
Hi Polly. I am Mary's granddaughter Amy. I have never seen this memorial or the pictures. I don't know if we've net before but thank you for being her friend. She was the most special person. She made me who I am. Thank you again so much and hope all is well.

RE: Cora Lee Hillin
Elias (Elzy) was my great great grandfather, we are honoring him for service to his country during the Civil War out of Texas in July. It will be in East Texas, if you want end me your email address and I will send you an invitation. Are you related to any "Webb"s in East Texas? I know quite a few.

I would love to visit with you about Sarah. She was my 2nd great grand aunt. And I am so glad to have found her. But I have some questions and also some info if you want to share.

RE: Ethel Artelia Foster
This is what I have on the Fosters, which is little, but I will tell you what is in this books. I have a John Foster married to Mary and had three children. Two boys and a girl. Then it is said that Mary Lost John to death. Then she married again to Thomas McCarty and had three daughters. Says all her Foster children were all born in Tenaha Texas and all buried there except for Roxana, who was buried in Sasakwa OK. She probably lived with her husband John Moody on her mothers farm in a small house this woman recalls. There is a half sister who is Latitia from The marriage that Mary had to Frank Alexander. This Latitia is the only child from this marriage.Latitia was married to a Fred Hall, they lived in Mineral Wells Tx, and then when Fred died she moved to the Mary McCartys place and married Tom Smith. I think there is more, but desiding who goes to what family in this book so to speak is hard.
