I have been interested in searching my branches of my family tree for over 35 years now. I appreciate just how much help has been given to me as well as I enjoy sharing it with other family searchers. I think the internet can be a very helpful tool in this area. My pet peeve is trying to stay connected to be able to make corrections or additions to my own work. I really appreciate being able to obtain old family photos as well as enjoy taking photos of various descriptions (grandkids, scenery, flowers etc.)

Mabel Sipprell
I tried to fulfill a photo request of Mabel Maude Sipprell's grave. Unfortunately there is no Headstone for her. I did upload a photo highlighting the area where her grave would be. If you do not want this photo let me know and I will remove it!

RE: Bowdens in Greenwood Cemetery
Hi Elaine,

I have transferred them to you, they are no relation to me. I only have the info from the cemetery transcripts, but I think most of them have pictures of the tombstones now.

Let me know any time I can help you with transfers. Take care and have a good evening!

I am guessing she is there right next to her hubby!

Here is the Green Charter Township Clerk's phone number - Janet Clark, 231.796.6201. Perhaps the township folks would be willing to try and find a marker if covered. Not sure when the Township recorded the burials and may have only relied on the obvious headstones.

Happy to go back if you receive any further information. The Township Clerk was super nice and extremely helpful.

RE: Susan Nettleton
You are very welcome. It is becoming quite worn so it is good to have it now photographed.

RE: Memorial # 78157858 - Harry Sipprell
According to the record, he is buried with the rest of the family. I posted a photo for him today with this explanation.

RE: Rachel Sams Walter

Yes, I am the descendant of Rachel. She was my gGrandmother. I did enter the information in the Find A Grave for her. I would be pleased to receive your information and compare it with what I have (which is incomplete and confusing). Am willing to share what I have. Dick
