Hurd Family
Hello, Mr. Hanson

I was just curious as to whether or not you are related to the Hurd family, with your extensive posting of their memorials? I also wanted to let you know that I appreciate these postings, as they have helped me locate a lot of information.

RE: Mary Bode
many thanks for all your efforts. I have a friend in Portugal and I've asked if he can visit and see what can be done.

Edgar Strainge
Hi Ed ...Thankyou for posting these photos of the Strainge family, its good to put faces to names at last. Its a long shot but Edgar Strainge 1883 could be my Grandfather. My Gran Agnes Annie town 1883. lived in the small village of Benson Oxfordshire UK (she was born there) until her 20s. She had 3 children before marraige and was not allowed to marry the man she loved. She met someone else and moved to Warwickshire UK. I know he was a local butcher in Benson and they were together several years. I'd love to be able to contact someone from the Strainge family, if you have any connection could you pass my email address on to them at all please. Thankyou Barbara.

Dear Ed, do you have a more clear photo of her marker? Its hard to read the writing. I wonder what it says. Thanks, Payam

Parkers
Ed,

Thank you for the transfers, yes you're right I'm digging through the entire family line there, I have about 150 left to go. Of interest to me is that in our country of family migrations, this particular family by and large stayed put.

Regards,
Jack Parker

Parker - Groveland
Sorry to flood you with corrections on Peter Parkers family. I'm trying to figure out who "Little Linnie" is. so I've been digging through family search for all of Peters children. Peter Parker was a "trader" he ran a store and took in boarders. I have to go back and check, but I believe there are 18 headstones but only 12 inscriptions on the main monument. 4 of them are children - grand children to Peter & Sarah. Linnie is avoiding me.

Regards,
Jack Parker

YES! You are a miracle worker! I had not been able to find Lucy's death certificate. Her husband is Find A Grave # 99669894 and all those kids listed with him were her's as well. Ella is also the daughter of Lucy and Mariner. Thank you so much! Last piece of the puzzle!
