RE: Sabra Taylor Price
Yes, I did notice that - I am not really a student of the Taylor line - I happened to get involved in sorting out the Taylors in Carter County, hence visiting and surveying 4 Taylor burial grounds. Also, TNGenWeb does not host a very good line on Carter County. F-A-G is much better. You might contact Loyal Limb, who is working on Carter County a lot, and is quite knowledgeable. Good luck. RE: Sabra Taylor Price
Thank you for your suggestion, however, John Price's wife in the 1880 record was born circa 1856 in Arkansas. The name is hard to read, but it does appear to be possibly Roberta. To me, it is not Sabra. I believe that John moved to Arkansas after Sabra's death and then married an Arkansas gal. Gordon

Simerly Family
Hello Richard! I am the granddaughter of Robert Paul Simerly, (Daughter of John Robert Simerly and Annie Mae Parton). I love the couple of pictures that you have posted of Pop Pop's family. We never knew much about it and my Dad, Victor Simerly has never even seen a picture of his Grandmother until now. I would love to know if you have any other scanned in pictures to add to the family tree I am working on. I have a few from my Grandmother's albums (Robert Paul's wife) She is 90 and in hospice care at the moment. I would love to be able to add some pictures where you have none. Thanks so much once again.

Thanks for posting the picture on James M. "Squire" Waters. I have that photo amongst the pictures I inherited and that is one I had not been able to identify. He's my 3rd great grandfather. Thanks again.
