Hello Family! I am a 4th generation Californian, now living in South Carolina. I am descended from the California pioneer families of Netherton, Estes, Short, Groshong and Young (Hiram and Sarah Young), all of whom came to California during the Gold Rush. I have been involved in family research for about 15 years and will be glad to share any information that I may have.

RE: Estes Family
I would love to take the credit, however I wasn't the one who so diligently searched & recorded your family. It was Brad Reinhardt. We used to share our pages and have recently split the two research lines as it was getting very large. Our families are not connected ~ I introduced him into the world of genealogy and off he went. Doing a fantastic job. You may contact him and let him know.

Netherton's in Wann Cemetery
I thought you might like to know I just posted pictures of all the Netherton grave stones in wann cemetery. I did not know if they were your family but you were the one that added their names to the cemetary list.
