Jon, Do you have any information on Joel Sanders Sr. and wife Jane Lewis Sanders? Joel Sanders Jr is the grandfather of my mother-in-law. We were in Adair County several years ago but found little information and cemeteries were hardly possible to find. Seem to be a lot of lost family cemeteries in Kentucky. Ran into the same problem in the northern counties with lost family cemeteries. Any info would be appreciated. Tom Rader

RE: James W. Pelly
I'll look. Supposed to be more stone with inscriptions near a tree line. Hopefully I can find more. Long story about bulldozing.

James W. Pelly
Found a grave out in a field today in Pellyton. Reads as follows: James W. Pelly Son of H & E Pelly. June 29, 1817. Nov 20, 1865. (I think it's James Madison Pelley, but I'm not sure.) Also, many slave stones. Not finding enough luck on ancestry.com, please advise. Thanks.
