Bio and Links
I am Gail and Margaret Grabers grandaughter. Kevin their youngest son is my father. I have two children, Justice who is two and Levi who is six. I took the one and only picture ever taken of my grandma with my sons just hors before she passed. I am so glad that we made that trip to Albany that day.

Gail's Military Career
For Gail, I have the following on his military service:

U.S. Veterans Gravesites, ca.1775-2006
Name: Gail W Graber
Service Info.: CEPC US NAVY WORLD WAR II, KOREA
Birth Date: 2 Jul 1913
Death Date: 8 Feb 1996
Cemetery: Willamette National Cemetery
Cemetery Address: 11800 SE MT. Scott Boulevard Portland, OR 97266
Buried At: Section Y Site 966

I know he served in the Aleutian Islands. I don't know much more. If you could let me know more, particularly what "CEPC" stands for, that would be great.

Seeley
I also noticed you have the name Seeley in your name. Are you (or your husband) a descendant of Boyd Ferguson Seely (his last name is also spelt "Seeley")?

Graber Family
I am related, but by marriage. My Grandmother, Margaret Ann (Lapham) Kernan, was (along with her sisters) the daughter of Theodore Lapham and Alice Wellin. After Theodore and Alice divorced, she married Willard Graber, Gail's brother. They had two daughters together, who are my aunts. I did not know Theodore--he died in the 1950's and I was born in the 1970's. In fact, Willard was the only Great Grandfather I ever knew--even if he was not my biological great grandfather. I remember him at the Christmas parties my Grandparents always had. So, in some way you and I are related, just not by blood. Even though they have both passed away, Willard's two daughters (my grandmother's half-sisters) are related by blood to you, as are their families. My notes on the Grabers come from a bunch of sources--including other Graber researchers and the diary of Iva Graber, your Great Grandmother. (This diary is in the possession of Dolores Shirts, the daughter of Noel Graber.) If you would like to see some of my notes, I can share them with you.

Hi again
I am sorry I didn't reply sooner. I didn't know your Grandfather, but his brother Willard, was my great grandfather.

Hi
Just saw the photo you added for your Grandfather, Gail Graber, and I wanted to say hi. (I did not post the page for Gail, but added the other photos.)
