Bio and Links
Bio Photo I like walking through old graveyards and cemeteries and taking photos. It is a new found hobby of mine since getting into geneology. Looking for my fathers side of the family since other family have basically sewn up my moms side. Thanks for all the hard work Aunt Babs and cousin Carolyn. Anyway still trodding through alot of my moms moms side and learning alot about myself.

If I take a photo of a family members grave stone you may copy and use it for your geneology or records of family research. It is meant for non-profit uses only though.

I have a new hobby---whenever I fulfill a photo request I will take a look around at the other headstones and take photos of interesting ones or in particular Veterns headstones. I will come home and check to see if they are posted and if not list a memorial for our beloved Veterns. I will leave flowers for each Vetern I make a memorial and the photo of his or her stone. Hopefully someday the family will find it posted here. If I have posted a memorial of a family member- I will gladly transfer to your care. Just let me know through the edit button or posting a comment. Don't forget to provide your contributor # with transfer requests. I will even consider transfers of non family members as long as they arent my family you are requesting. I have done alot of research in finding the burial locations of my family so I prefer to keep them in my possession.

Also please let me know if you find other family members with the same name buried next to ones that I request photos for. When I find them on requests I let the family know so that THEY may post the memorial. I then upload the picture to the memorial they created and saves the time of requesting transfers and such. If you are just interested in compiling numbers then please don't claim my request. I have had too many people get rude and down right mean when I ask to have my family member to be able to link up and add information or ask them to delete one that was already posted. There are alot of very nice folks that do alot of hard work for others through find a grave let's not spoil it by being thin skinned.

Robert S Kelley
Thank you for putting the Kelley family on findgrave. I could not see the marker clearly. Would you please check the date of 1896 as other sources seem to indicate the death date should be 1890. Thank you Barbara A in Ca 47024710.

Death
Hon. Robert S. Kelley died in Deer Lodge, Montana on September 19, 1890 of heart disease.

RE: Daniel tree
I think I must apologise: my work made distractions for me and I lost track of our trail together. I'm glad to see (If I infer this correctly) that the DAR has vetted your lines. I'd dearly love to have them do that for mine. Yet I think I saw so many things wrong in my ancestry tree that I tried it several times and made several more errors inevitably.

My Heritage sent 2 Kerren Travis Daniel trees to me but then didn't let me add it for free, so I didn't. Who can tell about those trees anyway. I want to refresh myself on your tree, so would you please invite me to it,yr ancestry.com tree?

Have you invited me to your vetted Daniel tree? does it connect to James Columbus Owen a descendant of Kerren? both are in my line.

I think I invited you to my tree--did you find what you needed?
Sincerely--Roberta

RE: Daniel tree
Would you please be willing to INVITE ME through anc.'s method of sharing trees through my email (ince I'm not paying dues there right now).

I have another friend who is a Daniel Family member, who has a tree that I haven't seen. I know that many lines do not lead to my family and I have only three Daniel members that I've had time to go to, ! woman and her father and gf. She is Kerran/-en or Caren Travis Daniel.

RE: Robert Calaway Daniel
Do you have a tree on familysearch, ancestry or wikitree.com? I have at least 2 male and one female Daniel family ancestors.

RE: Robert Calaway Daniel
Question, relative Root,

I relied on this story for factual accuracy. Where do you find the Daniel Family Cemetery. It does not appear to be in Tennessee.

Thanks for creating a memorial for Donald. Will you please transfer him to my care? He is my cousin, and I would like to add more to his bio to help honor his name. He was killed while serving on duty.

Thanks for your consideration.

RE: LLoyd Federmeyer burial location
Sent an edit for the plot location update on Lloyd's page.

The grounds are open from 10-4 every day, but the office is closed on Sunday & Monday.

Your uncle's site is located in the North Mausoleum, which, according to the cemetery's official website, requires an appointment to visit: http://www.grandview-glendale.com/

You may want to contact them in advance to make arrangements: (818) 649-1870.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for all the work you have done for all of us looking for our ancestors. On familysearch.org, there is an entry for Nancy Bowman, and her parents are listed as John and Basheba Bowman. Her spouse is listed as James Bowers. John and Basheba Bowman are listed in your records as being in the Daniel Bowman family. The 1850 Census has James and Nancy Bower living in Lookout, Georgia, with a twin daughter named Basheba. The 1860 Census has them living in Williamson County, Illinois. Would you have any additional information about Nancy?

You have my permission to use my photo, I only ask that I receive credit for it. 😊 Enjoyed hearing of someone with similar interests too! Have a good weekend.
