Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am mostly interested in family history, especially of my Confederate ancestors. Closely related to that interest, is my interest in preserving the burial info for any and all Confederate soldiers.
Family names that I am researching include: Benson, Coffey, Drawbond, Bragg, Demasters/tus, Conner, Mutherspaw/Muterspaw (original German: Mudersbach), Berry, Guffy/Guffey, Walters, Robertson, Monroe, Ramsey, Summers, Edgar, Link, Dulaney, Troxell, Bryan, Parker & Shaw.
Most of the memorials that I have added are for relatives, but if I've added one for someone to whom I am not related and someone related to them would like to manage their memorial, I will be happy to make a transfer.

George and Bertha Bruffey
I saw a post that you may have a picture of George Bruffey with his wife, Bertha (Dorsey) and their children, Berlin, Ordie, Della and Violet. These are my mother's first cousins and she grew up with them. If you still have the picture I would love to have it. Thank you! Cheryl

I've just been informed that my page is a duplicate--so can you please move your picture to the original and let me know so I can delete my duplicate? Thanks!

Muterspaw
I am approving your edits for Andrew Muterspaw. If he is your family, and you would like to manage the memorial, please send me an edit through the "other" tab and I will transfer him to you. He is no relation to me.

RE: Taylor memorials
I'm sorry if my comments offended you. I did not add any Taylor memorials. I did a search and noticed there were duplicates. I noted the dates which are assigned automatically when the memorials are created. Because one set was created in 2010 and the other in 2011, I presumed the 2011 was duplicate. They both contain good info and Find A Grave recommends notifying the parties that duplication exists, so I did. Feel absolutely free to ignore my note. It was not intended to offend you.

Adie S Benson, 68522280
Hi, Thanks for identifying the county of birth and death for Adie. I haven't been able to find anything about her anywhere. Do you know her maiden name, spouse's name or if the 1934 date is her birth or death? I assume it's her death, but can't verify it. Pls contact me through her site so I'll have all the data i need.

Appreciated,

If you need more information about Mary Jane's family, just let me know. My husband's Grandmother was a Fields.

RE: parents of Mary Jane Stull Fileds
It is Fields, not Fileds as you posted. I have Stulls amongs many Nicholas County families I have researched. I found her parents in published family histories. You can also verify this in the 1850 census. I have her as one of nine children born to Jacob and Margaret.
