|Esther Kinder||RE: Armstrong|
Thank you so very much. I am sure a lot of people will see what an awesome woman she was. Have a great day.

Thanks I do not belong to Ancestry.com, but he does so maybe he can look at it sometime.
|Esther Kinder||Capt. James G. Armstrong|
Just wanted to thank you for the beautiful memorial you did on Capt. Armstrong. He is the Great, Great Grandfather of my significant other.
It was such a sad story, but without you, we would not have known the story behind him and his sons untimely death. Thank you so very much for all you do.
|David Stuckey||RE: transfer of Eliza Ann Sanford Vanvlerah|
Thank you for the transfer consideration. The family is in the process of restoring Eliza's parent's family cemetery (John Miller Sanford Family cemetery) which has been considered abandoned for a number of years. Thought it would be nice to connect all the children back to the parent's resting place during the process.

on this record you added her obit...I'd like to obtain a clearer copy, if possible...from what I can read in the obit...I tracked her sisters and believe Mary Bell was Mary Bell Smith b.3 Oct 1886 in Bradford, Stark, Illinois..."
That's actually pretty clear for what I can get my hands on. Nothing clearer can be found online, but can type you what is says:
Mrs. Mary Bell Hartman, 83, and a resident of this city 20 years, passed away Wednesday evening in a local hospital after an illness. She resided at 4000 Martin, SW and is survived by one daughter E.B. Mrs. Adams of Albuquerque; two sisters Mrs. Lura Daly of Crystal Lake, Illinois and Mrs. Ethel Robbins of Hammond, Indiana; one grandson Mr. Leroy H. Baker of Albuquerque, and four greatgrandsons. Mrs. Hartman was a member of the Methodist church. Services will be announced by The French Mortuary of 1111 University, NE.

Thanks for writing. If you are interested in Clinton County, you might want to check the Iowa Gravestones web site. I have uploaded 65,000 to that site.
