I have always felt at peace when walking through a graveyard. I look at the different stones and try to imagine what these people were like and how they lived. I have been doing my family tree for about 20 years now and am always looking for connections to my family line.|
Some of the surnames I am researching are PRIEST, HAINES, ULERY, HUFFMAN, TURPIN, ELSEA, EADOR, BILLINGS, RIGNEY, WEBB, BERRY, HANKS. If any of these names sound familiar please contact me.

|Paul Kouts||Gershom name change|
Memorial #22775953, Gershom Elsea is an interpretation error from a Census 1860OH,Putnam,Union Twp. I sent the name change because the name should have been transcripted as "G Washington".
The mother & father links are correct.
I also question the death date. What is the source?
|charlott jones||Sarah England Fraikes|
There is a possibility that her husband's last name was Traikes/Trakes. She did have a son John Patrick who died in Harrison, Kossuth, Iowa in 1947.
|Madeleine||Melissa "Lissie" Willard Lacefield|
I see where you left a flower on my Grandma Melissa's memorial and I wondered if we are related or did you know any of the Lacefields?
|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
Thank you very much for the token you left for my angel daughter Traci. She was a wonderful gift from GOD, and she's in my heart and mind every single day. Her passing has left major holes in the hearts of her family and friends.
I appreciate you helping to reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th. Actually, thanks to you and other findagravers, so far today Traci has received 6,026 flowers/tokens. That makes my family and I extremely happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I'm thankful and blessed for your kindness. GOD bless you for your heavenly heart.
I am so overwhelmed with all the findagrave friends requesting flowers/tokens for my Traci. Thank you ever so much!
This is something I wrote for Traci:
It was a cold, quiet night at the cemetery. The snow was falling gently to the ground. The only sound that could be heard was the whistling of the wind. Off in the distance I suddenly heard the tiny sound of jingling bells. I looked around and wondered where the life was in the stillness of this cemetery.
As I gazed around, I saw a ray of moonbeam shining down on a small Christmas tree.
I thought to myself, "This is where the life is in the cemetery!"
Ring the bells this holiday season in memory of those you love.
Sharon (Traci's mom)

|Debra Bowers ||Berry Family|
Hi my maternal family has Berry and I am afraid that I am unable to go back very far. There doesn't seem to be too much of a record of them. John Hare Berry and Rachel Adams arrived in Roseville, Ca abt 1845. It was called Junction at the time. They were both from PA and were married in Ohio. Children Margaret, Parker, Thomas, Rachel, John and Daniel. That's all I have. No other records or pictures. Could we be part of the same tree?
|Doris ||Curtis Logsdon|
I am working on the Logsdon family and found your Memorial 29456562 for Curtis Logsdon son of Henry Logsdon and Lillie Dennis Logsdon I also found a Memorial added by Crow 20 Sep 2011, Memorial 76850025 for Joseph Harrison Logsdon. The children show they were born to the same parents on the same day 31 Jul 1922 and died a day apart. Curtis died on the 20 Sep 1922 and Joseph on the 19 Sep 1922. I have found birth and death records for Joseph in the KY Birth Records and Ky Death Records, but I have not found any for Curtis. Do you know if they are twins and if they are buried in the same area of the cemetery? Thanks for your help and all the work you do.

Have you read the info on the Ulery's in the Pictorial and Biographical Memoirs of Elkhart County Indiana. There is a lot of info and it may lead you to the person you are looking for. When and where was Michael born? I will keep the info in mind and let you know if I find anything while I'm researching.
