|Shirley Amberman Guenette||Thank you|
Hi Danel, Thank you so much for the transfer of Cornelius Amberman. It is people like you who make find-a-grave interesting and fun. I really appreciate it and thank you for clarifying the location of the cemetery. I should have known that. My family moved us from NY to FL when we were just children, the four of us and we lost track of many family members living on Long Island and the history that goes along with actually living where our ancestors lived most or all of their lives. Thanks again! Sincerely, Shirley

|Charles H. Clackett||Semlear Research|
Hi Danel- I am working hard on Semlear research...please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will share our findings. In 1850 Hannah Semlear married Henry Mannering Clackett, hence my interest.
ps-I am serching for more info on Eliza Cairns who married John Caspar Semlear around 1827. Eliza was born in Chester Co, PA and I recently found her gravestone at Cypress Hills.

Hi, thanks for making adds and links. No I'm not related but distantly connected since lived in Mercer County and familiar with the Maddock pottery family. thank you!

I went to Section 16, Range L, Grave 223 and found Ellen. As you can see, her headstone is very old, thin, and the writing is faded. If you double click on the image, you will see it in bigger scale and you can sort of make out the writing. The stone is old, though. I hope this helps.
