Find A Grave Memorial# 76928488
If you call Elmwood Cemetery and Mausoleum at 708- 453-0273 and even if you have location :
1. Ask if your photo request person has a headstone / grave marker.
2. If there is a headstone / grave marker ask for the section, block, lot and grave number.
3. If you send that information to me, Susan (#48964989) I will go there and fulfill your photo request. Of course any other Find A Grave volunteer can also fulfill your request.

|Ace||Reminder for Doris & Gerard Vail|
Hi! Regarding your photo request, can you please contact the cemetery and obtain the Section, Lot, and Grave Number information, and then post it to your request? Please also ask if there is a grave marker and add that information to your photo request and/or memorial. The Find A Grave FAQs state the photo requestor is responsible to provide this information.
Elmwood Cemetery: (708) 453-0273
This cemetery provides extremely limited assistance to photo volunteers with finding a grave's location. Last year I was able to fulfill almost 200 photo requests at Elmwood through this process. Because the lots in this cemetery are poorly marked, almost no one else ever photographs here. I have only had success here because I have spent literally weeks at a time to learn the intricacies of the layout of this cemetery.
Thank you for helping me to help you.

|Ace||Info for Doris & Gerard Vail|
Hi! Can you please call or e-mail the cemetery and ask for the Section, Lot, and Grave numbers and then add this information to the online record? This helps the photo volunteers to find the grave marker.
Elmwood is a huge cemetery and this information is needed in order to fulfill your request. I have located more than 50 graves at Elmwood for Find A Grave, but I cannot find a grave for you without the burial plot information.
Thank you! Ace

|Mary Ann||Cornelia Crary 1909-1909|
The Sexton of the Marquette Park Cemetery and I checked and the only notation for Cornelia Crary is that she is buried in the Vault, there are several and from that informtion he can't tell exactly where she would be located. I took pictures of the others that are buried in the plot with Leonard Crary and will post those.

|Terri Hagerman||Shari Dunson|
I photographed Violet and Frank Dunson today. I saw a Shari Dunson buried next to Violet. She is their granddaughter. I created a memorial for her. I hope this helps you.
I just noticed you have some other memorials for "Stankey" at Live Oak, and one of them (Albert B) has a location. I'll take a look for that one the next time I go...you might call them and ask about Susie Stankey as well...if you can get a location, I'll gladly check for a marker, and take a photo with some flowers in the right location, if necessary..... Unfortunately, while the people in the office are very friendly, they're very sloooooow to respond to requests, which is probably why so many built up over time!
