Sanford Tewell
Hello Trevis,

Many researchers put Sanford Tewell bd 27 April 1772, Virginia, United States with John Tewell and Mary Ann Mason bd Sussex County, Virginia, BC. They were married 22 March 1771 in Sussex, Sussex, Virginia. Do you have any information on the parents of John Tewell or where or when he was born? Some say his parents were James Tull and Rachel White. I haven't been able to verify any of this info.

Any information that you have on this line would be deeply appreciated.

Enos W. Kerr
Dear Trevis,

I am researching Carpenter's in Harrison and Floyd Co. that came from Knox
Co. Tennessee. The question is does Enos have a sister or some relation
named Mary "Polly" Kerr born in 1806 from my research, married Jacob
Carpenter in Knox Co. Tenn. In an affidavit Enos W. Kerr and Nimrod Payton are listed as witnesses to knowing Mary "PollY" Kerr personally.

Also, there was a Martha Shoemaker, that married a Calvin Carpenter, then
Elisha Harriett. My Husband is a direct descendent of Calvin, son of
Jacob Carpenter

Your response is anticipated and appreciated.

Elizabeth (Smelser) Groendyke
Greetings Trevis,
Elizabeth Groendyke (memorial #110273304) is my 3rd great grandmother. Are you also related to this Groendyke (Groenendyke) line?

If you're not related to her and would like to transfer management of her memorial to me, I'd be honored to look after her. In any case, thanks for creating her memorial!

Thank you,

Principal Tuell
I attended this school over a century after the time your ancestor was principal. Do you have any further information on him?

Lewis Payton/Frances Payton Tuell
Dear Mr. Tuell,

I am helping a young lady with her application to join the DAR in SF; would you have knowledge of a document which would state that Frances Payton was the daughter of Lewis Payton? Many places on the internet list the names and dates of the children of Lewis Payton without mentioning the source.

Thank you so much, on behalf of my applicant.

Sincerely, Ginny

Charles Tewell b.1813 or there about in Ky is my third great grandfather. This Charles married a Mary Ann O'brian first and then Henrietta Walker in his second (my line) They moved out of Ky into Loogootee, Indiana. Charles b. 1789 was his father. However, I thought that Nancy Fitzgerald was the mother. You may contact me at
