I've been working on my family tree for many years now. Though I have yet to break my own brick wall I've helped a few others that are working on theirs. Retired from the USAF.|

Absolutely, you can copy and use any pic I post on this site. I am glad I can help add a small nugget to your family tree

the source used for this memorial was the burial records here at the cemetery office

Good morning. To answer your question, yes. I had worked on this family before and took the stone photos and lost my sd card. Recently found it so I built Martha's memorial this morning and will add bio and photo later on this week. Three sisters buried in the same area and added as well. This cemetery I work at often and hope to have it documented on find a grave at some point in time since it is about 15 minutes away from me so if you need anything there just let me know. I have the list from 2012.

Hello, you are more than welcome to use the photo of Cpl William H Offutt, I appreciate your asking.
|Dennis Wilson||Retired USAF|
See you retired from the USAF also. I was in from 64 to 84. Was in medical logistics.
|Dennis Wilson||RE: Samuel Offutt/Offett|
Dave, I understand that Offutt is probably the correct spelling but to keep duplicates from being created the FAQ says that the name on the marker should be used and the correct name mentioned in the bio. i.e.
Last Name as you would find it on the tombstone, if the interred had more than one marriage or other possible spellings please place this information in the bio and use the family links. Do not include honorary or other suffixes in the Last Name field."

You have requested a photo of Mr. Offutt's marker in Lynnhurst Cemetery in Knoxville, TN. I am unable to find that Mr. Offut has a marker or that he is actually at Lynnhurst. However, I do find that Rosa Bell Offutt b. March 12, 1877 d. September 16, 1960 is here. She is with P. H. Newport, Ella Chambers Newport, and Helen Sharp Chambers in section Memorial 1.
If you would like to call Lynnhurst and see if Mr. Offutt is actually in Lynnhurst I will gladly check the area that they give you. The number for Lynnhurst is 865-689-8888.
