Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm addicted too family geneology. I inherited my interest from my Mother who was addicted as well. I want to leave our family history for my children, my grandchildren and all extended family members. I'm a member of and have a rather large tree. One can never change history. We all come into this world with nothing and we leave with nothing. Family heritage and memories carry on for our ancestors to remember us by or learn about our family roots. A history lesson that will carry on by those who are interested or by those who want to make a contribution. I'm proud of who I am and all of my past, present and future family members . Find a grave is an awesome site that allows us to post information about our friends and family members. The memorials allows others to find some closure and comfort in knowing where their loved ones final resting place was until God calls us all home.

Eudora Kathi nee James Fix
Hi again Nina: Another suggestion for you. It would be a good idea to put her nickname of 'Kathi' in, just in case her grave marker has that inscription. Although it may seem like common sense to be looking for Kathi instead of Kathleen, sometimes even little details might help cemetery administrators and photograph volunteers when they are searching for your Kathi. Kind regards, Bridey Light

RE: Eudora Kathy Fix
Dear Nina: You are very welcome for the photos and information. Don, the administrator at Ocean View Cemetery, confirmed some time ago (I wrote you then) that there were no entries for any variant of the name Kathy/Kathi Eudora Fix. Now we know why! She is resting in Nevada! I have sent you a suggestion for a correction to her memorial. Please check your member page and the Edits tab at the top of the page, directly under your member name. I am so glad you found your Kathi! Kind regards, Bridey Light, Humboldt County, California (not near Reno, NV)

Eudora Kathy Fix
I received word back from Ocean View Cemetery today that she is not at OVC, Sunset Memorial Park, or Saint Bernard's Catholic Cemetery (same administrator for all three did the search). Is it possible she may have died with a different surname? ~BL

Dawnetta James
Dear Nina: I have sent you several edits for Dawnetta. Please check your Edits tab on your member page, directly under your member name at the top of the page. It's easy to miss it, and many members do not yet know it is there! Kind regards, BL

Kathy Fix photo
I would be happy to take photographs of her grave marker for you. Would you mind to please call Ocean View Cemetery at (707) 445-3188 and obtain her grave location, and also put in a photograph request for Ms. Fix? I am guessing she is resting with the rest of your James clan in Section P, but a location would really be appreciated. Thank you kindly, Bridey Light

James -- William E. and William R.
Sorry! I got the middle initials wrong there. William R. James (son of Bessie and Fred) is resting with Bessie M. James. William E. and Mary A. James were the grandparents of Irvin James and William James. William E. and Mary A. are resting in a grave which is toe-to-toe (and in the next row to the west within Section P) with Bessie with William R., Fred M., and Irvin with Dawnetta. ~ BL

Eudora Fix
Dear Nina: Would you like me to check the James family (Section P) area at Ocean View Cemetery for Eudora Fix the next time I am there? If you would like I can check for any other potential James individuals who may be resting in Section P, too. RSVP.
Also, William E. James (son of Bessie and Fred James) is resting with Bessie in the same grave. I took and uploaded his grave marker photographs, which had been requested. To your memorial for Dawnetta, I will also add the photograph which shows all four graves because William A. and Mary A. were the grandparents of William E. James and Irvin James. Kind regards, BL

Irvin James and other James family individuals
Dear Nina: You are so very welcome for the grave marker photograph for Irvin. I am now uploading Dawnetta's photographs, too. I also uploaded photographs for other James family members while I was at Ocean View Cemetery. In one of the lot shots, the one for William A. and Mary A. James, you can see all four of the graves. I added lot shots and/or grave marker photographs for: Bessie M. James, Fred M. James, Dawnetta James, Irvin James, William A. and Mary A. James. Kind regards, Bridey Light, Humboldt County, CA
