RE: Missouri Gold
Yes. Names can certainly have variant spellings. Once, I found on the 1880 census the family of my 2nd great grandmother's younger sister, Sarah Ann (Elkins) Tittle Herndon on my 17th attempted spelling, Herringtown. I'd have given up much sooner except a cousin said he knew exactly where she lived because she'd planted before her death an apple tree in her yard next door to his childhood home. And, when the wind blew hard on winter nights, an overhanging limb of that tree would scratch across his bedroom window and frighten him. But in this case, the obituary, death certificate and third husband's tombstone do share one spelling. Thanks.

Mary Jane Cavener Memorial# 24163271
Her memorial has a picture of a man & woman. The woman is supposed to be Mary Jane. There is another picture online that has her as Thomas' 2nd wife Katherine Wright. With this I am confused. Is the woman Mary Jane or Katherine?

RE: Mays
Thanks, I would be happy to have you tranfer to me. Twilla Mays was my aunt, her husband was my father's older brother.

RE: Wm. and Etta Sutherland
I am not related to them. Their grandson, Robert Ted Sutherland, was a friend of my family for over 50 years. He recently passed away and I have been trying to connect his family on find a grave. His father was Robert Clarence Sutherland who is buried in another cemetery. I have sent edits to try to connect everyone.

Keep up the good work. Let me know if I can help with anything.
