RE: Photo
I have no idea where I got that photo but I suspect that I came across it on and "borrowed" it from someone.

about jesse meredith
Hello I went to the cemetery today trying to find Jesse Meredith tombstone. I couldn't find it today but just wondering if he had a wife named Dora L. Meredith, June 24, 1870-Jan. 31, 1910 bc there is a little marker beside her grave with no tombstone with the initials J.M. Thanks Holly

RE: Giacoma Family
You left a message about the Giacoma Family on my message board. I just found it. No, I'm not related. I just posted the Globe Cemetery and they were among many. Good luck in your search.

It looks like Paul Meredith had a wife buried beside him and her name was C Marie. If you want to establish a memorial I would be happy to post a picture of her marker.

Burial info is as follows:
Robert and Pauline Meredith are buried in Blessed Mother (BM) 20-8 and 20-9
Paul and C Marie Meredith are buried in Our Lady of Mount Carmel (OLMC) 69-2-6.
Dora White is buried in Our Lady of Guadalupe (OLOG) 78-2-4.

Also, I took several other pictures and would email to you if you like.

Cedar Grove
Diana..... I made an error originally! I went back to Cedar Grove today, and the 2 casket shaped tombstones are for David and Sarah. I added photo of the top of Sarah's stone to her memorial, as well as a view of them both. David's is hardly legible now, and hers is very faded, as they face upward. I added a diff view of their area to his, as well. I hope this clarifies. Their son Jasper and his son David J are to the left of David, on one marker. Sorry for the confusion. It bothered me that I thought she was not there, and she is!

RE: Sarah Hoge Meredith/Merideth
No grave found. There are two casket shaped unmarked tombstones between her husband and their son, and only markers for her husband and their son. I will go back and take a picture of them. Wasn't sure if it was already on his file, but realized only his tombstone and the son and grandson are on Find A Grave. I went across the street to the Bethel church, but no one was there. Figured they might know about her, and I wanted to inquire about her and where her grave is. I did not see a grave for her, and wondered what happened to it. The marker is new, as of 2009, as is along the highway 17, inside the fence at the entrance. Their graves are in the far back of the cemetery, in the shade under huge trees, which was welcome in the heat we have now. The GRIFFINs gave land and they also have several lots in the back of the cemetery, as well as Wilsons. Must have been the first of the burials.
