Bio and Links
Bio Photo Member of Connecticut Society of Genealogists, Inc. (CSG), Concord Historical Society (VT), and Lyndon Historical Society (VT). Born in Mass., Connecticut resident and married since 1972 with 2 sons (who are now 21 & 22 years old as of 2016). I've been avidly researching since Jan. 1989, working on my maternal and paternal lines, as well as my husband's maternal and paternal lines. Discovering burial places of our relatives & friends had always been difficult - until this wonderful website was created. Countless volunteers are quickly adding information & photos, which immensely increases our chances of finding them.

RE: JOSEPH CHAMBREAU
Hi Donna
I want to let you know there is no headstone marker for Joseph he was cremated and placed to the left of William in the family plot (I have shown that in the photo). I have added photos to all in the family and their location follows.
Left to right of the large family monument.
Joseph Chambeau
William Chambeau
Capt Ed Chambeau (Father)
Barbara Chambeau (Mother)
Charles Henry
Clara Chambeau (wife of Charles)

All in Rose City Cemetery
I hope this helps you.

Find A Grave Memorial# 146540593

Donna:

I've e mailed several times to let you know that the above Find A Grave memorial is incorrectly shown at Wilhelms Portland Memorial Mausoleum. Joseph is interred at Rose City Cemetery, here in Portland. One of my contacts that I sent gave you the grave location at Rose City Cemetery.

I can't take the photo of his marker at Portland Memorial as you had requested. He is NOT there.

Please correct his location to Rose City Cemetery.

THANKS and have a super day.

Carolyn

Your welcome ..anytime. Also, to let you know if you have further requests in that cemetery and surrounding area, often times the information (grave site) can be found on www.nnygenealogy.com :)

Jeanette & James Harvin
I received your request for photos of the graves of Jeanette & James Harvin, in the Cottonwood Cemetery, in Lottie, La. I have photographed every tomb in this cemetery, and there are no photos of their tombs, unless they are both in unmarked graves. The only 2 Harvin photos I have are for Geraldine & Adair Harvin. However, I do have a typed list of the burials there, that I received from the cemetery caregiver, and Jeanette is on the list. There is also a baby listed, and Cy Harvin.
