I live in central PA, am now retired and my goal is to cover as many graveyards as I can entering memorials and pictures to Find a Grave to help others find their loved ones and to try to make sure no one is ever forgotten. My mom is 89 and we usually do this together, we are learning a lot about each other and family as we go forth documenting life and death. We both also worked in local nursing homes and our journeys have also brought forth fond memories of people we may have cared for in their lives.
If I have entered one of your loved ones and you would like the memorial transferred to you please don't hesitate to ask. I truly do not know all the people in my memorials and would love to see them linked to their own families. If I am closely related to a person, then I will kindly decline to transfer.
I will try to find and photograph memorial requests if able in Juniata County, PA. It's rather hard to find one certain gravestone if there is no mapping or starting point within a graveyard. Usually I just take pics of all the gravestones in a certain cemetery and search them all one by one within that cemetery on Find a Grave adding pics and memorials as I go, If your loved one is in that graveyard and the stone is legible it will eventually make it to Find a Grave.
