I find on "Find a Grave" that you connect to the Woolsey/Wolsey Family. as do I. My 3rd great grandmother was Sarah Woolsey, born in Tennessee about 1807. She married Samuel A. Mackey about 1824 and her first child was born in Washington County Missouri in 1824. Sarah Wolsey and Samuel Mackey lived in several counties in Missouri. He died in Polk County Missouri in 1847, leaving her with at least 11 children. Sarah Woolsey Mackey married James Mitchell in 1854 in Polk County Missouri. Sarah Wolsey Mackey Mitchel died in Polk County Missouri in April 1885. On the 1880 census, She listed the birth place of her parents as father, Tennessee and mother, North Carolina. I am hoping to find the names of her parents and where in Tennessee she was born and married. To further complicate things I find her name listed as Sarah Foley Woolsey on Roots Web. I thank you for any leads that you might share with me.
I was wondering if there is a chance that you are related to William Henry Adams from Memorial #68654072. He is my great grandfather.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
