"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body.
But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, Diet Pepsi in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming
'WHOO HOO what a ride!' "

|Gravewalker||RE: Tombstone Photo of Lola E. (Pearce) Connor (1897-1977)|
Glad to help. You might want to change your record of her burial place from "Waterville" to "Watsonville."
Loved Palmer. Spent a few days in nearby Wasilla in 1995. Nearly ran over a moose outside of Palmer. She darted out from the brush and ran right in front of our truck. Luckily, no collision. Yes, mountains were awesome, but so was all of Alaska. We spent all of our summer in 1996 outside Haines managing a new private campground. It was spectacular and never tired of the scenery. Would love to go back but I'm sure lots has changed.
P.S. Would be happy to transfer her to you if you so desire.

Yes, you are welcome to use the picture. She is buried in Watsonville, CA near my husband's parents. Where are you in Alaska? We spent two summers up there 22 yrs ago. Loved every minute of it.

I'm not related to the Thurman family, I just created the memorials. I would be more than happy to add any obituaries or additional information to my memorials, though. If you want any transferred to you, it would be my pleasure to do so. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Actually, I don't know anything about the Bergtolds. I added the details from the burial records to make the memorial as complete as possible. If you would like, I can transfer her memorial to you for management. Thanks.

thanks for the edits for him. Yes fill free to use the marker photo as you desire; appreciate your asking first. any additional info would make a much better memorial for the family. Did I already ask if you were family? Just returned from a couple trips and my mind is slow to return to working. BJ

|Daniel Cahill||RE: Johnson Photo? & Thanks for the Histories|
I will look in my file cabinets for a decent photo of Harriet. I sent you a newspaper article with a picture of her in it. Will let you know if I come across anything. If you have any Johnson family photos, please send a copy my way. Thanks, and good luck.

I just found Aunt Chickie on my family tree on geni.com. Her name is Maxine & she was the daughter of John Jr. & Ethel Rossi (Hooper). I only have a birth year and 3 siblings. If you have more info I'd love to have it!!!
