|William Gorman||George B. McGuire|
Cathy, are you related to or a descendant of George Byron McGuire? He was married to Martha C. Stephens in Tallapoosa County in 1854. She was born in Georgian in 1838 and has been confused with my g-grandaunt Martha E. Stephens (b. GA in 1842) even though there was a 4 year positive difference in age and a difference in middle initial. So you happen to have any primary source data on who the parents of Martha C. Stephens really were. They were definitely not Calaway Stephens and Sarah Ann Little, the parents of Martha E. Stephens born in 1842. Thanks, William Gorman
|John Fuqua||Johnie & Minie Cole|
Hi, my name is John Fuqua; Roda Cole was my grandmother she was a daughter Elisha and Matilda Cole from the family of George Washington Cole.
In the Post Oak cemetery in Jack County, Texas where Roda Cole is bury are two graves one Johnie P & Minnie M Cole, parents are J & J Cole.
There is no link to the parents of these young children, but they are the children of Jesse M & Julia Cole who in turn is the son of Jessie and Margaret Cole (With numerous links). You may or may not have this information already.
Thank You Kindly,
John L Fuqua

I believe we are related. Jordan Harris was my great great grandfather. Jessie Harris was my great grandfather, then Maeward Harris was my grandfather, and Morris Harris was my father.
|Julia Ather||Mathew Cole memorial|
I noticed that you are researching the surnames Cole and Fambrough, and that you have ownership of the memorials of Robert and Elizabeth (Fambrough) Cole. A while ago, I did a memorial for their son Mathew just because I ran across his obituary. Since I'm not a relative, I'm transferring the memorial over to you.
|Crystal Burnham||Jephtha Vining Harris|
Can you put on the page what his bust says please?
|patsy bollen||JESSE AND MARGIE COLLEY COLE|
HI, CATHY I HAVE LEFT FLOWERS AND A NOTE ON THE GRAVES OF JESSE COLE #13058948 AND MARGIE COLLEY COLE #13202090. I CANNOT LINK HER TO HER PARENTS MARTHA R. WHITE AND EDWARD COLLEY. BY 1850 THEY WERE IN THE 1850 CENSUS OF TALLAPOOSA COUNTY AL., SO I AM SURE THEY ARE BURIED SOMEWHERE AROUND THERE, PROBABLY IN UNMARKED GRAVES. MARTHA WAS BORN IN 1790 IN VA. AND EDWARD WAS BORN IN 1795 IN GA. SHE WAS THE D/O ANDERSON WHITE AND MARGERY PULLIAM. EDWARD WAS THE S/O ZACHARIAH COLLEY AND SARAH WEBB. MARTHA AND EDWARD COLLEY HAD 7 CHILDREN ZACHARIAH, ANDERSON, JOHN H., MARGERY ANN, M. BAILEY, TERRELL ABDA (HE WAS NAMED FOR TWO OF MARTHAS YOUNGEST BROTHERS) AND JAMES PATTON COLLEY. IF ANY OF THIS INTERESTS YOU, JUST E-MAIL ME OR LEAVE A MESSAGE. I HAVE LOTS OF INFO ON THE WHITES.
