Bio and Links
Bio Photo I became involved in family histories a few years ago and a hobby quickly became a passion. The many dedicated, selfless contributors to Find A Grave are amazing and have helped grow another invaluable on-line genealogical tool. Though I live in Southern Maryland, my family roots are predominantly in Lenawee County, Mi., Erie and Lebanon Cos., Pa. Most of the records I have added are of relatives, but a number are from small, local (to me) cemeteries. Should anyone discover data entry errors or wish to add biographies to any of these records, please contact me via e-mail and I'll make the corrections/additions.

Cemetery walk
Hello, I want to organize a "Ridgeway Rambles" cemetery walk for Ridgeway for next Sep/or Oct. Would you at all be interested in taking part in this by representing one of your ancestors buried there? I want to give first dibs to family members. This would involve "being" that person for tours coming through the cemetery. Please let me know, I welcome any ideas. Please respond back to me at with cemetery walk in the subject line. Thanks!

Bowen Links
Hello. Could you possibly update some links for me in the Bowen family of Huntingtown? I think these are all yours.

Could you add father Agabus #72643592 and Mother Selestia #72645065 to their son William Josephus #15399023

Could you link Oden E #15399696 with his wife Priscilla #15399701

Then could you link Oden #15399696 to his father Agabus #72643592 and mother Selestia #72645065

And finally Ann Gertrude Bowen Cranford #15395262 to father Agabus #72643592 and mother Selestia #72645065

Thank you! Let me know if I can help you on folks in Western North Carolina.

RE: Seaward Speer
Yes, he is a relative - son of my great aunt - I would be happy to have it, but it really isn't necessary.

RE: Polly Dibble Barrett Link
Steve, so happy to hear from you! I would like you to email me at heritagegirl70(at), I would like to trade contact info with you. Lake Ridge was restored last year. A huge undertaking! I had a small part when we had cousins cleanup day, but it was mostly the work of my Miller cousin, Ron Miller. He has all the records and I will ask him about burials. We know every stone in there cause we scrubbed, and uncovered them all. Email me and I will let you know what I find out. Thanks!

RE: Your Dibble cousin
I'm glad you're still there! Oh yes, I'm still plugging away. My tree has grown. Right now, I'm working on putting the whole Ridgeway Cemetery on here, and then I want to make a website about Ridgeway to use the link to. It's getting kinda tedious- though I have figured out most of the old headstones. I only have 10 unaccounted for. I only have 3 sections done so far. One step at a time! Are you on my tree on Ancestry? I have had some major life changes too so I'm doing really good now, being blessed! We'll have to keep in touch- I thought I'd lost you. Blessings to your family, Sandy
