Born in New York City, I grew up in New Jersey where I still reside. I started researching my family in the early 1980s after my two daughters were born. Between my family and my wife's family, I have information on more than 80 surnames. Since many of my family lines have ended in brick walls, I enjoy helping others by visiting cemeteries and posting photos on this website. The photo is of the gravesite of my Foster ancestors buried in Waitsfield, Vt.|

I am not sure who has records for Derby Center. Please note that I have not fully surveyed the total cemetery. It could be that Pattie was buried in another plot and I have not found it yet. Or perhaps, since she seems to be the last to pass in the family, that her inscription was never put on the stone*. I also noticed that many stones in the cemetery are overgrown. When I get a chance, I will go back and continue searching.

Please see the Find A Grave memorial for Henry E and Persis in Derby Center, VT. You requested a photo of Pattie Foster, but I have not found her - yet. I have added Hiram, Kingsbury, and infant children.

Only info I have for Susannah Virginia Moore is from our "Family Strahin" book.
She was born in Kingwood. June 5,1880
Her parents were Ellis S. Moore and Almeda (Stuckey) Moore.
She and Ben had 6 children including twins.
My email is Patty.Markley@frontier.com
If you send me an email,I can send you a photo of Susannah as well as a photo of Ben and Susannah's info page.
