Thomas A Farrar
I just recommended a name change for 26449136

I have intense research on the Farrars and Lt
Col Thomas A Farrar was also Sheriff of Dist 96 in South Carolina

His son was Thomas Wadsworth Farrar and that is correct.

Oscar Passen Hawkins, Sr.
Your 114858761 (Aug 3, 2013)is a later duplicate
of 11838042 (Sep 28, 2005) for the same person. You and Trish (owner of the oldest memorial)need to get together on who will ask for a merger by Findagrave. I have the Oscar Passen Hawkins, Jr. 51491937, the son of the Senior and his first wife, my cousin, Olivia Elizabeth "Lizzie" Webster Hawkins. I'm sending a copy of this message to Trish (owner of the oldest memorial). Thanks much for your consideration in this matter. Pat McCown Throneberry 47754735

Clinford douglas
Thank u Jan i don't know why they misspelled it on the monument. Also I see you have memorial for Charles Gertrude Douglas & list her as a son. Charles was a girl who died of whooping cough, my grandma talked a lot about little Gertrude. Who ever made the monuments for the family sure messed up a lot.

cifford mason douglas
Although they have Cifford Mason Douglas on his monument his real name was Clinford. This was my Grandmas brother. He was killed on Memorial weekend coming home from work.

Mary Fitch Terrell
She is buried in Milford Cemetery, Find A Grave #36059373. Believe her marriage date of May 8, 1712 (same as death date) is incorrect. Believe it should be abt. 1686 since first child, Daniel Jr. was born 03 Dec 1687. Thanks, M.J.Dierdorff

RE: Bnjamine F. Young #44785475
Jan,
Would it be o.k. to copy and paste your message to Mr. Young's memorial? If not, can you write up a paragraph giving all the pertinent information. I am afraid I will mess all this up if I start trying to extract parts of the story.

Again, this is very interesting. I have added a note about his biological father but that is as far as I have gone.

Thanks,
Carolyn

Jan,

Thank you so much for this information. I will sort through it and add it to the memorial. This was a very interesting family and I appreciate your sending all this to be added to the memorial.
