Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been working on genealogy since the mid 1980's.

When I create memorials that aren't my direct ancestors, I feel it's a privilege to pass them on. I like to help people "see" their loved ones. I'm not in it for the numbers.

Also, PLEASE don't post duplicate headstone photo's on the memorials I manage. Thank you.

You're welcome to use any photo that I have personally taken as long as you give credit where credit is due.

Jeff Gonyea on his Find a Grave profile:

"We don't "own" the memorials we manage - they are not ours. We may create them, we may update them, we may transfer them to others - we are but stewards. They are Find A Grave memorials of human beings, departed. They are not "friends" on a social media network website to be collected like baseball trading cards. And there's no prize for the one who dies with the most.
The reward (for me) comes from maintaining the most accurate and dignified memorials I can. What we record becomes history, and a record in someone else's family tree. We have a responsibility to do a good job of it. It's a privilege and honor."

Thank you.

RE: Thomas Law and Sisters
Minnesota and Charles Columbus were my Great Grand Parents. Asa and Mary Polly were my Great Great Grandparents. Thomas Law 1751 was my GGG Grandfather. I haven't gotten that far on the Laws yet because I was doing the Tallmans which is my Mom's side of the family.

My Great Grandfather John Roberts
Carol,
I have just begun my family heritage search and I have come to a roadblock with my 5th Great Grandfather John Roberts.
The story of his family being killed in 1774 is confusing as John supposedly died in 1764. Can you explain please. Also, I can't find his date of birth and his father and mothers name.
Thanks so much.
And thanks for the pics
