Michael Mahoney.
Okay I was able to get this online:

Residence was not listed; a 28 year-old Bootmaker.

Enlisted on 8/12/1864 as a Private.

On 8/15/1864 he mustered into "F" Co. MA 4th Heavy Artillery
He was Mustered Out on 6/17/1865 at Washington, DC

RE: William Shields, Co. B, 169th N.Y.
Hi Steve,

I added William Shields' birth year and initially removed the death place, but the obit. you sent me says he died in Cottage City- the town that is now called Oak Bluffs- so I added that back on.

There's a grave near his with an identical stone which says the other guy was in the Mass. H.A. Do you know what the H.A. might stand for?

Franklin Williams
I just added Franklin Williams ( in Oakwood Cemetery. He's not one of of your 169th - I've been kinda watching for them - but I like the stone.
