Okay I was able to get this online:
Residence was not listed; a 28 year-old Bootmaker.
Enlisted on 8/12/1864 as a Private.
On 8/15/1864 he mustered into "F" Co. MA 4th Heavy Artillery
He was Mustered Out on 6/17/1865 at Washington, DC

It's Michael Mahoney, memorial #176834565 and it says the company info but no dates at all.

I added William Shields' birth year and initially removed the death place, but the obit. you sent me says he died in Cottage City- the town that is now called Oak Bluffs- so I added that back on.
There's a grave near his with an identical stone which says the other guy was in the Mass. H.A. Do you know what the H.A. might stand for?

Noticed your interest in the 168th NY. I just created a memorial for a William Shields, 168th reg't., Company B. He is buried in Iak Grove Cemetery, Oak Bluffs, MA (on Martha's Vineyard). If you have any info on him you'D like added let me know.

I just added Franklin Williams (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSob=c&GSsr=81&GSmcid=46502519&GRid=169115367&) in Oakwood Cemetery. He's not one of of your 169th - I've been kinda watching for them - but I like the stone.
