Sorry for the very late reply.William Wesley Walker was my 4th great-uncle. Thats for the information but I didn't create the memorial for him or his wife I only sent the photo request. I hope the mistake can be fixed.

RE: Walkers in the Stephens Cemetery
Jim The stone for W.W. Walker has been added since the cemetery book was published W.W, is the father of Harrison F. Walker his mother was Loucinna Burnley best I can tell she didn't die on the date stone has, look at Walker death certificate's in Wayne County Dec 22 1932 she was the wife of W. W. Walker. Also look at the 1940 census
for a W.J. Walker wife Margaret believe these are the parents of Wilma Jean Walker and on the same census a W. W. Walker is living with them he is grand father of William James Walker. the name Lou Raner could have been a nickname. I went backwards on census looks like W W raised William
James most of his life looks like his father was
Harry Walker that's on the 1910 census in 1920 he and his mother were living with W.W. and his wife
you can look an see what you think ted

Walkers in Stephens Cemetery
Jim I have no idea on them I added one as his mother was a Burnley, I have a little on the
Burnley's I will look in the Wayne County Cemetery book and see if there is any info some times there is. I live in Madison County so some of Wayne County is out of my research area on most of who I am looking for and they don't have a library that has any info on family history. they have or had a place to got to once a month but it has been years since I was there. I will check on the books here in town. Ted

Question Re: Wm M. Stephens
Mr. Stephens,

I noticed that you had posted a picture of the headstone of William McKinley Stephens. He is my great grandfather, and I am trying to find out more information about him. He died shortly before the birth of my grandmother, Esther (Stephens) Wilkinson. I had always been told that Wm. McKinkley was murdered, but I know very little about the circumstances. I was wondering if you, or anyone you could direct me to, would have any further information to share. I would be most grateful for any direction you could provide.

Best regards,
