|Bio and Links|
I often take photos of markers that are cracked, worn, laying on the ground who are not my family members. I photograph these markers just to preserve the history. I indicate in the bio that this person is not related to me. I will transfer these types of listings.|
Please DO NOT remove photos from my find-a-grave listings and place them elsewhere without my permission. These are my copyrighted photos. If my name is under the photo, it is my copyrighted photo. Only I can give permission for you to use my photos.
WHAT IS A COPYRIGHTED PHOTO?
EXAMPLE: I scan a photo from my Mother's collection. I crop, do restoration work and label the photo. I have created a new unique image different from the original photograph. The image is my copyrighted intellectual property. No one can use (publish, copy, alter or move to another website,etc) the unique image/photo creation I made from the original photograph without my permission.
Upon request, I am happy to share my genealogical source documents and send scans of any Deeds, Wills, OC Documents, etc. I have gathered. Upon request,I am happy to share my photos. JUST ASK.
Obituaries and Death Certificates are often from the same sources and contain CLUES to RESEARCH.
I will NOT list information from Pennsylvania Death Certificates on a Find-A-Grave memorial as "FACTS" about someone. I will indicate a PA Death cert. is available.
PA Death Certificates are produced by a Funeral Director gathering personal information about the deceased. This information is secondary information and only as good as the informant knows, has been "told", believes to be true, or wants on the record. Death Certificate information is often used for the obituary, thus two sources from the same source can be perpetuating "facts", spelling errors and omissions; and now we have the marvel of the internet to further supply "true sources of information." Posting Death Certificate information is like gossiping...where/what is the true source/facts?
As a Find A Grave member, I am responsible to the best of my ability to provide accurate RESEARCHED information on my listings. Requests to add PA Death Certificate information to a listing does not allow such. Please check "HELP" on Find A Grave for more information concerning listing Death Certification Information.

Hi Teresa - I posted obituaries for several members of the George W Shade and Elsie Ferne Rupert Shade family. I thought you might like to know in case you'd like to make some additional relationship connections.
Thanks for taking the John Shaver photo!

Sorry but I am not related to the Isenbergs. I have entered many as part of my trying to add memorials for all persons in selected local cemeteries.
|Clancy Hassler||RE: Nicholas Isenberg|
I may be confused but if William is a son of Nicholas, the link has to be from William, the son, to Nicholas, the father. It doesn't work the other way. As the owner of William's memorial, you can make the connection.
