Moses Horton
I'm so sorry you thought I was capitalizing to stress my point. I was trying to make it easier for you to read quickly and understand what I was saying.

Moses Horton #57954790
Your memorial for Moses Horton is a DUPLICATE of the one created EARLIER, which is #14394247. The birthdate for Moses is 1773 for absolutely sure, because I have a copy of a letter that Moses wrote to his daughter, Susannah Crow, in 1819 which gives a history of the family with many names and dates, including his own name and birthdate. He wrote, "Moses Horton born 4 November 1773." You created your memorial AFTER the one which is correct.

Mixed up Cemeteries
Hello...i've been trying to straighten out where my relatives are and you have most list in Saint John's Methodist church Cemetery in Goodwin, Monroe County, Ohio....when in fact most of the people listed in this cemetery are actually located on German Ridge, Powhatan Point, Ohio in the Saint John Cemetery. These two cemeteries need to be fixed...its hard to find relatives when they are listed in one cemetery but found in another....ive started to take pics...but have a hard time adding them and dont know how to fix it so they are listed in the correct cemetery...some help please. Thanks.

Hi Mal -

First of all, thank you for creating this memorial. I would have never known where to find them if it wasn't for Find A Grave.

We visited the site yesterday and found the gravestones. I am getting a quote to get the stones put back on bases since they were laying on theground. They are quite old - 1832 and 1843.

I now hane visited the cemeteries for 6 gEnerations of my family - the Griffiths!!

I would be so grateful if you could transfer these two memorials to me - I have pictures, information, and links to add. They are my great great great great grandparents.

Thanks so much!

Manly pictures
Greetings: Am researching the William Manly(1724) family. Am looking for pictures of the family mainly William's son, Reverend Robert (1767-1810).
Sincerely, Constance Hartmann

No, not a family member. I had just come across the obit while looking for another. No need for transfer. :-) But I did submit an edit for his date and place of death if you would do that. Then that's all I have for him. Thanks for responding and all you do!!

RE: Emma CRAIG Meek
I'm glad to hear that you're a relative of Emma. I hadn't found any evidence of John & Emma having any children and didn't know if any other relatives would be interested in the memorial.
Do you mind telling me how are you related to her and whether she & John had any children?
My husband,Charles E. Snyder, grew up on Barnes' Ridge in Noble County and knows some of the Craigs and is related to some of the Meeks.
