Bio and Links
I don't get out to visit cemeteries as I'm home-bound disabled but one of my avid distractions since 2002 has been tracing long deceased relatives who I never knew existed before I started. Meeting these folks through marriage licenses, census rolls and death certificates has given their ordinary lives an intensity that maybe be unwarranted. But I'm happy to have found Find A Grave so I can cyberly visit their graves and lay some flowers there.

Thank you for the link. If you are a family member, I would be happy to transfer the memorial.

Hi Mary!

I can only take credit for taking the photos for the Milnamow headstones at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. DESchuett, another contributor on this site, has been the person who has provided all of the information on the family and how they are all connected.

This cemetery is one where DESchuett has done a lot of research on family histories.

Cecelia (Mohatt) and Gregory Allen Omaha edits
Thank you so much for your edits! With your help, I was able to go to the National Archives and add a bit more to their bio. Please take a look.

RE: Bachman/Bachmanns in Mt. Olivet Cemetery
Thank you for checking about the Bachman/Bachmann. If you have the name differently than on the stone, someone may come along and duplicate the memorial, as I had done with one of the daughters. I removed mine as yours had more information. I also have a few family members where the stone is carved differently than the rest of the family and we have used the more familiar name, rather than the one in stone.

Bachman/Bachmanns in Mt. Olivet Cemetery
I sent a note questioning the single or double n on a Bachman in this cemetery, then noticed that one of the sons has a photo of his stone with one n; but the sister I noted has two n's on her stone.

Owen-Delia O'Malley
Could you please verify location. Per Cemetery printout, Owen & Delia are in Section: 12, Block: 3 (map does not list a block 33), Lot 5, Grave: 3 for Owen & Grave: 4 for Delia. Could not find a marker for either one.

Edward Brennan
Thank you ver much for the Edward Brennan info. I've added the biography you provided with credit to you.

There doesn't seem to be a way to change a memorial to famous on the user end (if you know of a way, please do tell me!), so I sent a request directly to findagrave the other day asking that it be done.
