RE: Pablo SILVA Photo Request
After much searching and talking to several people who work with the cemetery or who have lived in the town for many, many years, and going through church records I still can't locate a grave for Pablo Silva who died about 1945.

There were no floods in the area at that time. If he died in a whirlpool, it was probably when a mine flooded when there was a breakthrough with the water table underground. That could definitely cause a whirlpool.

Pablo SILVA Photo Request
Thank you for the additional information. Around the end of the month I'll have access to some records that may help. Sorry for the delay, but that's my last resource. Do you know if the grave was ever marked? Is he buried near another family member?

Pablo SILVA Photo Request
I've walked the cemetery and couldn't find the grave. Talked to two people on the cemetery committee and they don't know of anyone by that name being buried there. Today I also visited the church offices - no success. There are many unmarked graves and many markers that can't be read.

Can you describe it or tell me the location? Or do you know the date of death which might help in a search of records?

RE: Cora J. McLure
There is a little wall just above her grave - the raised resting ground of the adjacent plot. The sun always shines like that and the marker has little contrast. Happy you are pleased. cb

RE: The McClures
The photos have been attached to the complete records now & have requested the incorrectly spelled one to be deleted.

Hi Debbie,

Photographed Ellen, as well as Francis Hays (presumed husband) who was buried next to her. Will post his photos on his memorial as well.

The McClures
Hi Debbie,

Me Again. I just found memorial #29002820
for Elmer... it has his last name as McClure, not Mc Lure as the memorial page we used for the photo. It gives his precise birth & death dates: also his wife Edith has a page with spelling of McClure. I can transfer the photos onto the complete memorials if you'd like. Let me know.

Diane
