|PShannon||RE: rescued photos|
Thanks so much for the offer, but I'am not related, just a person who photographs.
You might contact contributor Carolyn Hartsell (#46975832), who has put a family pic on two of the Eisele memorials.

I used a weed eather to get the dirt off most of them. Some I found scattered around the cemetery. I was ready the history and it seems in around 1910 a tornado went thru and flipped alot of the stones. Its an abandoned cemetery. My cousin and I have kept it up as best as we can. I bought 15 Civil War flag holders and get flags out every memorial day. I tried contacting Illinois Historical Society sense a civil war Captian in burried there, but they told me to fly a kite. Your most welcome.
I have located the grave for this person--correct spelling, as it appears on the monument, is above. I will be adding a photo in a few minutes. It isn't the best, because of the time of day and the sun behind the monument, so I will take a better one at a later time. I'm posting one now, so you can see the name.

I saw your photo request, but do not know the exact location of the grave at this time to fulfill it. However, regarding your note about the name--I believe the name is correct, as there are others buried in the same cemetery with that last name (pronounced "Buh-lay". I have not heard of the name, "Belloi," in this locale. If you can provide info why you think it might be "Belloi," I could attempt further research, including locating the grave. Thank you!

|Lynne Sherer Sitkiewicz||Keith monument|
Lynn, You are so very welcome. I happened to be taking pictures for someone else right by the Keith marker and so I took it also (I usually take pictures around the one I'm looking for) and was surprised I filled someone's request. I live about 200 miles from Marshall, but am there a few times each year. I'm glad I was able to help. So many have done the same for me.
