Genealogy Librarian by profession. It is a goal of mine to have a Findagrave site for each of my relatives. I'm hooked! I've loved cemeteries since I was a child and lead tours each year of our city cemetery. If there is any information you would like to add to any of the memorials I have done, just let me know! I want the memorials to be as complete as possible, so the more information, the better the memorial! Each one I put up is a person who lived, breathed and died. I want to honor their existance. If the memorial is within Findagrave transfer guidelines, I would be happy to transfer. I am currently documenting the burials of Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in LaSalle Parish, LA. All of those Smith and Edwards people are my family!|

|Natalie Mears||Thank you|
I've been doing some research on the Pepper and Cox families and I appreciate your work on the Pepper cemetery.
I'm descended (as far as I can tell) from Deanna Pepper and Augustus Odum Cox who were married in 1850.
Deanna Pepper appears to have been Calpurnia Elizabeth Pepper's sister.
There was a child, D H S Cox born in 1854 who may have been Calpurnia Elizabeth's child, but who shows up as the child of Deanna and Augustus in the censuses.
I'm still trying to figure it out, but since some people have listed Calpurnia as married to Augustus, it was helpful to get the pic of the gravestone showing C. S. Cox was her husband. I don't know yet if C.S. Cox and Augustus Odum Cox were brothers or otherwise related.

Thank you so much for work on findagrave. It is a wonderful resource for all of us. I'm very interested in the sketch of Eugene Charles Rolleigh. I believe I have snapshots of of his descendants in about 1930 and would love to see any reference photos to be certain. Thank you for any suggestions you may have. Martha

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful memorials you have created for my husband's 3rd great grandfather, Zachary Taylor Lammons, and his family. I would also like to thank Mr. Terry Perritt for his contributions to your memorials, but his messaging is disabled. You have really done a great job of illustrating their lives and our family is very appreciative of the work and love you have put into them. Bless you both.

Do you happen to have copies of the obits for Emma and her husband Thomas E. Goza? Would love to know who was mentioned without going to trouble of ordering copies. :)

Thank you for creating memorial pages for my relatives. I have been doing extensive research on my family and I humbly ask would you transfer my grandfather and grt-grandmother to me? I would truly appreciate it.

I am related to all of the Breithaupts in the US either directly by bloodline or as a cousin. You mentioned the book "The Breithaupts of Louisiana" in one of your descriptions. I had the honor of a visit from Virgina Breithaupt McClellan to my home. She was a lovely person.
Thank you for considering the transfer. Sincerely, Claire

Yes, she was. I knew her for about 8 years--just through various music fan clubs we belonged to. We sort of lost touch the past couple of years and I was devastated to learn that she had passed. Thank you for making the memorial.

You wrote me with some information on her. I updated the memorial, but did not remember if I responded to let you know. Thanks for all that you do!

Hi Lora---I am so happy to see edits that link together families. Good work. I can see that you are spending much time documenting your family tree and doing such a good job. If you are interested, you can request an obit for H.L. Bailey from the Corpus Christi Public Library (no charge). They will email the copy to you. Look up CCPL, then go to Local History, then the obit index. I would do this for you, but they only allow two per month and I have used up my requests for Sept. Bye for now, Peggy

|gene hunter||obit of Della Cavanah-94467863|
I think you are correct in your assumption that this is Mrs. Cavanah gravesite. I found a reference to her in the 27 Jul 1950 Princeton Leader (KY) under the byline: News Happenings at Eddy Creek--Mr. Hoy Sisk, Travis Sisk, Mrs. Clarence Sisk and Mr. and Mrs. Chester Sisk attended the funeral of Mrs. Della Cavanah of Monroe, La. Mrs. Cavanah was the sister of Mr. Clarence Sisk of Princeton.
|Knox||The family of Mattie Thompson Lewis|
Lora, I believe that Martha Thompson married to Hezekiah Thompson and moved to Union County, Arkansas from Wilcox County Alabama if Mattie's mother. I have been emailing a member of the family of Martha and Hezekiah and we have been looking for the children of Mattie's brother, James E. Thompson and Sarah Ann Arnold.
I do have information of the maiden name of Martha and that is how I found this family in Arkansas. Please get back with me if you have information on the James. E. Thompson family.
We are actually looking for Fannie Emily Thompson Jinks. We can not find her in any census until she is grown.
Thanks for any help you can give.
