I am a teacher with a strong interest in genealogy and in preserving the record of someone's time on earth. I have just started this path of writing up memorials in honor and memory of people. I enjoy the outdoors, my time with my family and the pleasure of a good book. I also have a passion for cooking. I have particular interest in the Fleener, Gordon, Hager, Raines and Claflin families. I will be happy to try to locate graves in Clayton County, Fayette County and Black Hawk County Iowa. I also travel frequently to Ottertail and Wadena Counties in Minnesota and will try to do the same thing when there if someone wants me to.
