I am a relative of Mahala's brother Elihu and have been doing research when i came across this. As I was reading the note of her bio it left a question as to where the name Moore came from if her husband was William Henry Harrison Rhoden for 30yrs. It says nothing of a previous marriage or a marriage after his passing. Could you please give me more info on the name please? Thank you, You may contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org

They used to be better but I have noticed a decline in customer service. It is worse for me because they know I am there just to get pictures. I was hoping they would be better with family members thats why I asked you to try to get the info. I will try to call tomorrow if they dont get back to you.

Any Luck yet?

Would you be able to call and get the grave locations? Phone: 909-877-2311

Hello! I have a concern about this person.
On Find A Grave her parents are listed as Samuel and Martha. I've found the 1910 census and Martha is said to have had 7 children and 7 were living. That would mean that the 7 listed on the census: Ina, Irene, Ira, Olive, Edwin, Flossie, and Ruby were those 7 children. If Iva had been Martha's child the census would show 8 born and 7 living.
I believe that is proof enough to remove Iva from the parental relationship she is currently connected to on Find A Grave.I'm looking into other Gish families to see where she belongs but I haven't quite found it yet :(
If you have any more information on Iva that you're willing to share I would love to take a look :)

There is an error on this page regarding the spelling of her name... It was CELEDONiA,(with an N, not an M) not CeledoMia. Would you mind correcting it?
She was my great great grandmother, and I'd like to say thank you for the information here. I didn't know where she was buried. Her final name was Soeur, but was the mother of my great great grandfather by Andres Briswalter.

Eliza Thomas was William Trembath's mother. So I Think the problem is that my cousin, Peter Trembath did not know that Eliza had a other son, Edmond Trembath who was 13 years older than William. It didn't make sense to me either as William was only 5 years old when they came to the United States. Edmond married in 1899 and moved to Sheridon, Wyoming. I assume that Edmond cared for Eliza and William until he moved to Wyoming. William took over from that time until she died in 1918. Edmond died in Wyoming in 1917 and Eliza died in 1918 and William died in 1952.I have found no information on Eliza's husband, Matthew Trembath. According to my mother and her brother, he abandoned his family and no-one knows what happened to him.
I too have a question for you. On Eliza's death certificate, my grandfather, William put down that John and Elizabeth Thomas were Eliza's parents. It may be possible that he was not sure if that was correct as he never met them.
Are you on My Ancestry.com? You can contact me at email@example.com. Do you have any photos to share? I don't think I have any of Eliza that I know of. She may be in a group photo and I can't identify her.
My husband and I visited Cornwall, England 2 years ago. We found a lot of information on my grand-mother's ancesters, but nothing on the Trembaths.
