Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello everyone, my name is Lisa, and I enjoy cemetery hunting in my home state of Florida. Long time advocate for cemetery preservation and recording the history of cemeteries in the US and Canada.

Currently I am researching and gathering information from cemeteries in Volusia County Florida, Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, Northern Kentucky, the Western area of Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Vermont and New Hampshire. If you notice a mistake or have further information you would like added to any grave I have added PLEASE let me know, I will be more than happy to change or add anything. I am also happy to transfer listings to family and friends who want to keep them up to date.

I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment. This also gives me a lot of time to research pictures and travel to cemetery's. Please keep it nice when you comment to me. I swear I'm a nice person.

If you are a family member or friend who would like the listing transferred to you please use the edit tab on a memorial to leave me a message. I will respond to you as fast as I can, but no later than 1 week if I am on another work project.

I'm really not picky about who I transfer a memorial to since I am not related to most of the people in the memorials I have added. I don't really follow the rules for transfers on Find A Grave and would much rather see someone who knew the person maintain the memorial.

Updating Information

If you are sending information to me to add to a listing I am more than happy to add anything you want. Same rules apply as before that I will update the listing as fast as possible but no later than 1 week.

If anyone has pictures of some of the stones I have posted please feel free to add them as this would be an amazing help. If you want to add family pictures do that also. The only thing I ask is that midi files be kept to the comments area if you want to leave that.

Any of the grave pictures I've taken and added are free for you to take and use.

If you are requesting I take the picture please let me know if you have a general idea where the person is buried if it is in a large cemetery. If you don't that is ok too, I can get the info if I need to.

I hope to talk to other people out there about the fascinating worlds of history and genealogy.

Ewing Cemetery
We are traveling through the area of Ewing Cemetery. I understand it is located in Huntington, Gallia County, OH. There is no address or location GPS. You have added a photograph that was located there. Is there any more information you can provide? We would love to see our ancestors and especially my great-great-great grandparents.

Thanks in advance, Kat

Thurman Chester Totten - Find A Grave Memorial# 157227663

After extensive research I am showing that Thurman's parents were William Find A Grave Memorial# 36589091 and Faun Find A Grave Memorial# 36589087.Currently the record shows him linked to a Charles C Totten and a Gretta Totten. I am wondering which is incorrect as I have not found anything linking Thurman to Charles or Gretta.

Ok I know just about when the chalking was done and who did it but was not sure that it hadn't been chalked again.
I did the whole cemetry too, most of my relatives are in that cemetery...if you look on and Fairfield Cemetery you will see all the chalked stone photos.
I did the cemetery ,but when I went back to retake I found chalked you must have come along directly after
Sorry , for coming down hard on you. It upsets me to no end. Thank you for being a more responsible photographer than some

I was really happy to know that a picture had been taken of Sanford Elmer Fee's monument... but when I saw it.. I am extremely disappointed that you either chalked the monument yourself... or that you posted a photo of a chalked monument.. I do believe that there are strict guidelines and rules that Find a Grave has for photos... and I know that do not condone chalked monuments.
There are better ways of getting photos of older graves and hard to see lettering...chalking is the worst.
Since I can't see any of your other photos... I can't tell if this is your method of doing them all.. but it should stop...
Since this is a relative of mine.. I really am upset with knowing it has been chalked.

Find A Grave # 86322249. I attended school with her from 1967 to1974 in Lincoln County TN. You posted a picture on her memorial as being her. I don't think it is her and photo looks too old to be her. She is listed as Vickie in one year book and Vicki in another. I know she had a younger brother. Can you check with your source on this picture? You can reach me ar
